The hotel was excellent! Great breakfast and the staff was so helpful throughout our stay. They upgraded our room to the top floor at no extra charge. Would recommend to everyone I know traveling to Hanoi!

We can’t say enough positive things about Paradise Boutique Hotel. The staff helped us coordinate a comfortable ride from the airport and we arrived to a very nice room with air conditioning. The hotel is located in the lively Old Quarter, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, and the balcony to our room overlooked a bustling street. Throughout our stay Ms. Linda and her staff made sure we were well taken care of, answering questions, recommending restaurants, and even helping us negotiate a long distance taxi ride. The complimentary breakfast each morning was quite delightful as well. To top it off, the staff even invited us back several days later to clean up and rest in the lobby when we informed them we would be back in the city for only a few hours to catch our return flight. If we return to Hanoi, we will absolutely stay at the Paradise Botique Hotel again.

The hotel is small the rooms are a reasonable size, clean the staff are friendly and most helpful no problems with English the hotel is within 2 blocks of the lake within the old quarter, plenty clubs and food outlets close by. I would stay there again.

This hotel has an ideal location in heart of the Old Quarter and just close to the famous beer corner. I would highly recommend staying here as the staff are super efficient. They were always willing to help out in any way, offered tips and were genuinely interested in what we were up to. Joy has been so welcoming and kind, I could not not mention her. We stayed in two rooms deluxe and family. The rooms are very clean, includes a fridge and tea station, iron and proper hair dryer. Never heard any outdoor noise even though we were on such a busy street. Breakfast was our only disappointment but once outside that was quickly forgotten with all the amazing food around.

A great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to all of the main sights. We stayed in a Paradise balcony suite room which was spacious and the aircon was very efficient and much needed after a day out in the hot sun. What really made this hotel so special were the lovely staff. They could not do enough for us, such lovely people. Thank you to you all, especially Joy & Jason for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed in two different rooms both with balcony as requested, before and after our o'night Halong Bay trip. Reception organised shifting and storing of our luggage for that night. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, practical and with comfortable beds. The double glazing of the French doors totally cancels out all street noises. The buffet breakfast is adequate and with a la carte menu for no extra charge for eggs prepared exactly to your liking. Reception staff (Linda and Rose in our case) is very pleasant, helpful, efficient and fluent in English. The Hotel is in a small busy street typical of the Old Quarter, but no problem for vehicles to pick you up or deliver your luggage at the door. Reception is manned 24/7 and a friendly doorman was always available to carry our luggage. We appreciated the fact that the A/C in the room stayed on without the key card in the slot. Coming back to a cool room after a long hot walk in Hanoi is a big plus. In brief, a very well managed and pleasant hotel reasonably priced and in a perfect location. No negatives to report.

Lovely, helpful and knowledgeable hotel staff. Delicious breakfast with a good range of dishes. Room are clean, modern and toiletries are provided. Hotel is located in the old quarter within easy walking distance to the lake.

THIS IS A GREAT, AFFORDABLE OLD QUARTER HOTEL! I was in Hanoi in May of 2018 for a six-night stay at the Paradise Boutique Hotel while leading a university travel course group of 18 people. This is our sixth trip like this since 2006, and I can honestly say that this stay was among the best we've ever had in Vietnam! The rooms are comfortable and all hit the key measures of comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, and nice showers. The breakfast was solid and consistently good. The location is right in "the heart of it" in Hanoi's Old Quarter, just blocks from the northern tip of Hoan Kiem Lake, a perfect place to walk right out the door into what you want to see and experience in this great city. Last, but certainly not least, the staff was wonderful and welcoming throughout our stay, and in truly unprecedented ways! By the first morning, the staff was greeting ALL OF US by name as we entered the lobby (at first, I thought they had memorized the professors' names, but they knew each student and which room they were in, too). The manager and his team were very professional, boasted strong English-language skills, and were very responsive to our requests and needs. In addition, unlike many hotels in Vietnam, the Paradise did not pressure us at all to book additional tours, etc., through them, which was a welcome change of pace. Overall, I recommend the Paradise Boutique Hotel very highly! We definitely plan to stay there again the next time we are leading a group in Hanoi!

This is a lovely little hotel, right in the middle of the Old Quarter making it very convenient. Staff were so helpful and seemed to be genuinely interested in how much we were enjoying our time in Hanoi. The room was very clean and comfortable and excellent breakfast as well.

Great hotel in the middle of the old quarter. Location is perfect. The rooms are spotless but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time in Hanoi.
