After reading all the good reviews we had high expectations and we were not disappointed! We stayed here 3 times (one and two nights respectively) and every time we had a very nice and especially clean room with a very comfortable bed. Even though it's located in the midst of the Old Quarter we did not hear too much noise from the street. The breakfast was good and so convenient to be able to store your luggage and even have a quick shower before we had to leave to the airport late at night!... The best part of staying in this hotel however was the STAFF!! We have traveled extensively and Jason, Joy and Alex and the rest of the team were the best staff we have ever experienced. They are always happy to welcome you (and remember your names, even after 4 days away) and also the doorman, breakfast staff and cleaners were all very nice. Great management!!!

My mom and I had a great experience at Paradise Boutique Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The daily (free) breakfast buffet was delicious and every employee was eager to help. The hotel helped us book all of our tours and made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was well located in the center of the old quarter with incredibly friendly staff and a great breakfast. The rooms were on the small side by western standards but trust me, it’s got enough space for two travelers with big bags.

Located in a street known for its silver works you’re in the middle of a very vibrant part of the old city of Hanoi. Even though just a few meters wide the taxi driver dropped us in front of the hotel without the need of his beloved smart phone. We hardly noticed the existence of a hotel entry, which was entirely blocked by, you guess, scooters. The doorman and the reception gave us, with the obligatory hot tea, a warm welcome. We would be staying for 3 nights in the hotel, interrupted with an overnight in the northern countryside and a cruise in Bai Tu Long. The first night we got a rather standard room, next to the elevator. The airco was functioning after the friendly staff replaced the empty battery with a nearly-empty one. Nonetheless, the cooling did its job just fine. Not that good however was the shower, which could hardly be called a shower. At our second visit, after a homestay sleep, we got a similar room at a different level. The airco was working though the noise it made gave us the impression it would not be working much longer. At the 3rd visit, after our one day cruise, we got assigned the "penthouse", far away from the busy streetlife. Both shower and airco worked perfect! Special note about the double bed, it offered room to an entire family, never experienced such a large bed in Asia! With the hotel just being a few meters wide the hotel staff still manages to properly store larger luggage pieces which visitors leave behind when traveling to the north or to Halong Bay. Breakfast is relative basic, though good. Hygiene standard is very good. All by all a good hotel, with very friendly people, a staff which is extremely service oriented. We are still amazed with the fact the staff recalls our names every time we entered the lobby. Would surely stay here again when visiting Hanoi.

This hotel is in a perfect central location to explore Hanoi’s old quarter. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic. But its best asset is surely its friendly and professional staff! You are welcomed with such genuine warmth that the hotel is a pleasure to come back to at the end of each long day.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. We are a family of 5 and were welcomed by friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the central lake and night markets. The staff is very kind and ready to help. The rooms were clean and very quiet but there was no view.

This was the perfect retreat from the crazy Hanoi Old quarter. The staff is the you could ever wish for. You are made to feel like you are in an elite high end hotel. Ms. Linda was absolutely wonderful, she always had the answer to any question we could think of. Our family room was very clean and a great size for us. We were amazed how quiet it was in our room even though we were in the middle of the hustle bustle of Old Hanoi Quarter. Be sure to ask about local university tour guides. This place is in the jeweler area so you don't have to fight the walking traffic but it is just two short blocks from the night market so it is very convenient. Breakfast has a little of everything and is a great way to start the day in Old

Very well located in the center of the old city. One can reach everything interesting by foot. We advise rooms 806 and 706, with terrasse view on old city roofs. Rooms and facilities very clean, air conditioning functions perfectly. Very good address. Receptionists very professional and helpful.

I decided to choose this hotel as it is rated highly here in TripAdviser and has found it is true. This is a small boutique hotel that is best located close to everything in the old town. If you expect a luxury facility in hotel, you should go out of the old town to find another one. If you enjoy being in the center of this chaos city, I definitely recommend you to choose this hotel. There is a feeling that you are most welcomed by their smiling and serving to any kind of your requests. This was my first experince of being seen off, after cheking out, by staff out of the hotel with a lovely gift. I believe this is the best 3 star hotel with heartful and excellent services. I stayed 2 different rooms which were well furnished with a good oriental feeling. I want to say thank for their best efforts to make my stay so comfortable and will come back again!

Paradise is a wonderful little typical Hanoi Old Quarter hotel in a fantastic location. The staff at this hotel are really really good and could not have been more helpful and friendly - all were great but special thanks to Linda, Alex and Jason for particularly good service. The rooms are really comfortable and have everything you need and are so quiet inside. The location is so central and convenient and you can walk everywhere easily. Good restaurants and cafes and bars close by and convenient shopping. All in all can highly recommend and I would come back and stay next time for sure.
