Big thanks to Stephany who took care of us from the moment we stepped in. Stephany sat us down and gave us lengthy, humorous and enjoyable induction into Hanoi night-life. This was the first time we met Stephany and it felt like she could read us, and tailor her Hanoi insights. Nic & Neil ✌🏽

We visited the O’Gallery Majestic for two nights and were extremely pleased with their overall quality of service and attention to detail. The rooms were well appointed and beds, very comfortable. The staff was very attentive, taking care of many subtle details without being overbearing. Breakfast was a pleasure with fresh, ample choices for lacto-vegetarians as well as meat eaters. Jimmy, their concierge was so helpful in giving us a great orientation to the city and excelled in his knowledge of Vietnam history which we found eye opening. He introduced us to a very rich cultural experience in Hanoi, and we thank him. Phoebe also helped orient us and gave us a great tip for an excellent vegetarian restaurant in the French quarter. The hotel also has the advantage of being affiliated with several other high quality sister hotels in the city.

I struggled finding a luxury hotel in Hanoi that ticked every box... I’m so glad I booked this one... If you want a tranquil, calming escape from the hectic, overwhelming buzz (and beeping!) of the vibrant Hanoi, O’gallery Majestic hotel and spa is certainly the boutique 5* experience you’ll need. Travelling with a group of 4, we opted for the suite with garden view and small balcony. It was spacious, clean and the little bit of luxury we wanted for our last night in Hanoi. With complimentary water, snacks, refreshing welcome drink of home made passion fruit juice and a cold towel! Our checkin was extremely slick, we stepped out of our transfer and our bags were instantly taken care of, a welcome relief after a few days of trekking, kayaking and other activities. The staff were informative and offered us advice on where to go for dinner, the nearest and most popular attractions before taking us to our rooms. The rooms were clean, bright, spacious, air conditioned, brand new and stylishly decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable, our whole group had the best nights sleep! Breakfast was vast with a huge variety of options. With great meat and vegetarian options. There’s a buffet style with breads, cheese, western inspired, sweet pastry’s and cakes, as well as this they will prepare eggs, pancakes even burgers! 10/10 for breakfast. The pool was small but what you would expect from a boutique hotel, it was quiet every time we went there and didn’t struggle to sit on a lounger or on the pools edge Checkout for our room was 12, offering us to have a relaxing morning before exploring Hanoi. The hotel took care of our luggage after checkout and offered us showers when we returned to get them later, allowing us to feel fresh for our onward journey! The service at this hotel is an example of hospitality at its finest... nothing was too much. Thank you Monica, Jack and team... Also the hotel manager who was very friendly and you could see he cared not just for the guests but for the hotel and the other staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights after landing in Hanoi. We had a transfer from the airport organised through the hotel and were greeted with drinks and snacks while we were checked in by Stella. The staff were incredibly helpful, including getting us some breakfast when we slept past the finish time. Always greeted with a smile and offered help and advice booking taxis and buses, David and staff were really helpful .Its sparkling clean and the rooms are really well finished!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in O Gallery Majestic in Hanoi. David the manager and his team provided us with great service, strong sense of hospitality and warm atmosphere. The hotel itself is brand new, well maintained. The design is a mix of heritage and vietnamese influence, elegant and refined. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. Breakfast is generous, large choice of international dishes, fresh fruits and local delicacies. The staff is very helpful and dedicated, providing you with the good tips to travel around in Hanoi. I highly recommend O Gallery Majestic for your family stay in Hanoi, and will sure come back ! Thanks David and your team

This hotel absolutely deserves the 5 star rating it has on TripAdvisor. Everything about it is wonderful The staff are incredibly friendly (Stephany at reception and the hotel manager) in addition to everybody in the restaurant are fantastic. Nothing was too much to ask and staff were constantly checking in to see if they could make our stay better. The breakfast was brilliant. Such a wide variety of food, all so fresh. The Majestic suite is a beautiful room, very spacious and worth the money. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in Hanoi.

I spent great time at O'gallery majestic hotel. All Staff are really kind. Breakfast is good. Hotel's Location is also very good. There are many famous restaurants in 10min by walking. And I want to stay at this hotel again for my next year trip in Hanoi.

Definitely stay here!!! We would absolutely come back to this Hotel. I found this wonderful place through Trip Advisor and being our first landing point for our Vietnam holiday this was a perfect start, I’m so grateful I found this hotel. The people - all of the team here are amazing., so welcoming and warm - reception ladies - Elena, Stephanie and many more and David who was Manager on duty, the restaurant team are so friendly and nothing is a problem. The restaurant food is very good - some of the best we had... the fresh spring rolls are the best I had and definitely the best buffet breakfast.... The hotel facilities and room lay out is lovely - we had joining rooms for our boys.. Hotel location is really good to walk and eat and shop and see everything and really get amongst Hanoi. When we were leaving we were given meals to take - so kind of them.... we had chosen to take the train and so they packed food for us all - just so kind and going above and beyond! Hanoi is a great place - be sure to stay here at least 3 or 4 full days... there is heaps to see and eat, the markets are fun and the Train streets!!! Wow 😮 ( Wish I had taken more photos of the hotel to post )

We had an excellent stay at O'Gallery Majestic for our honeymoon. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the room was very spacious and the breakfast was great. We had a massage during our stay which was also fantastic. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are incredibly friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

The Vietnamese are wonderful people and nowhere will you see a better example of their friendliness and willingness to be of assistance on display than at the O’Gallery Majestic. This hotel has plenty of things going for it in terms of its location, amenities and breakfast options. However, the main attraction here is the staff. They make you feel very much at home. The location of the hotel allows you to easily walk to all the central attractions of Hanoi and there are endless food options on your doorstep. The hotel has only recently opened a spa / massage centre which is offering some value for money opening specials and having experienced an excellent massage yesterday, I have booked in for another tomorrow. I’m not in the habit of reviewing places on TA while I’m in the middle of a stay but having just had another enjoyable exchange with the wonderful ladies on reception, I have been motivated to review the hotel now as I expect there will be nothing that would alter my opinion of this establishment between now and the conclusion of my stay.
