My wife and I stayed here with friends for 1 week in early June. The service we received from reception, housekeeping and restaurant was excellent. Our rooms were cleaned daily, neatend and clean. Rooms were quiet after a busy day in noisy Hanoi. A/C and air quality in the hotel were excellent during hot and humid June. I used the fitness center and their was a malfunction in the treadmill. The hotel had a technician out the next day (a weekend) and had it fixed. The fitness center was very good for a 4 star hotel. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast buffet and options, from Vietnamese to European options was exceptional. The front desk and lobby staff were helpful. Front desk manager Hien deserves special mention. They spoke English well enough for English speaking guests to receive local recommendations and assistance. We felt treated like royalty during our entire stay. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Congratulations on your customer service.
We stayed for 2 nights either side of an overnight Ha Long Bay cruise. The staff were so very welcoming and accommodating in every way.... the very lovely Ha at reception was just fantastic and nothing was a trouble for her to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They even kept our luggage overnight when we went on the cruise. Location is in a business district, not a tourist spot at all, but we knew that beforehand so was not a problem.... it was an authentic “local” experience, as all of the local restaurants in the streets nearby could not speak hardly any English, and menus had no English, which made it fun and challenging. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious and very well appointed. Beds and pillows were great, bathrooms very functional and clean, and a washing machine/ dryer was also very handy. Breakfast was beautiful.... such a great variety of cuisines from local to European selections.... and a special mention to the very efficient and friendly Loan.... she is a beautiful person who is fantastic at her job. Overall this hotel ticks all the boxes. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay Novotel Suites Hanoi.
Novotel Suites Hanoi may not offer luxury, but it offer Excellent Value for money . Spacious suites with Fridge , microwave, washing machine and tiny kitchen . Comfortable Bed and super pillows Nice service , food , roof top lounge
If ever you want to stay at a nice hotel in Hanoi, then I would recommend this hotel. The staff is very nice, the rooms are top quality and all amenities are perfect. The hotel isn't located in the historical centre of Hanoi, but the cab to the centre isn't expensive.
When in Hanoi, i usually stay in a different hotel but this time, i thought i would give this hotel a try. The hotel is in a commercial area and away from shopping malls or the old quarter part of the city but convenient when going to Noi Bai airport. It suited me nicely since i prefer my stay to be quiet and mainly because I was not there as a tourist or for shopping. There are however some eateries, banks and a mini mart all nearby within walking distance. The check in staff were very welcoming and the whole process was very quick. The lobby also had a modern and clean feel. Rooms were spacious, well designed and quiet and the pillows were very comfortable. There was very decent wifi connection and many satellite tv channels available. Rooms had a kitchenette with an electrical stove and that helped a lot. One of the favourite part of my stay was the daily breakfast of western and local choice of dishes. My favourites were the fruits, yoghurts, coffee and the pho. The cafe staff were wonderful as were the rest of the hotel staff; efficient housekeeping staff and helpful, hospitable bellboy and concierge. Regrettably I was unable to make use of the gym or pool due to time constraints during my 2 night stay. Everytime you go out, the front desk will always ask whether you require a taxi and they will help you to hail one (24hrs a day) and ensure that you don't get conned by unscrupulous drivers. Using the Grab app greatly helped me to avoid this. It was greatly appreciated that the bellboys always helped with the bags and even shielded us from the rain with umbrellas. The one similar designs for all Novotel are that their bathroom doors have no locks which was still okay for me but the rooms here took it to a whole new level whereby there was an open designed bathroom that had no doors or walls but using just blinds. I did not like this as it was way too open and i could feel the AC immediately after exiting the shower. This did not ruin my stay, of course. Overall, the facilities and the staff here were great to help make this a wonderful stay and I would come back again during my next trip to Hanoi.
There is beautiful and large room with a lot of space and tremendous balcony, must go place and if you are looking hotel which exactly can match it is Novotel with lovely staff and always keep a smile on their face. Look forward to you guys soon surely will recommend it to my friends and family
I was amazed by the size of the balcony attached to my studio room, it was at least 5m by 3.5m, I could have had a BBQ party. The room itself was large with a spacious living room and there is a microwave plus pantry. It is more like an apartment than a hotel room. I only saw mainly business folks staying here as Cau Giay is a business district. It is quiet compared to the Old quarter which is about 30mins away by cab. This Novotel is 40mins by car from Noi Bai Airport. Ngoc, Dat from the front desk were very helpful and friendly. All the staff speak good English and are always smiling. Breakfast in buffet style is served at Food Exchange on 2F. There is also a rooftop bar with pool table on 17F. They had a 1 for 1 drinks promotion when I visited. One small issue is the room wifi is unstable in the evening, I was repeatedly logged off, probably it gets busy when all the hotel guests return from their meetings and everyone goes online at night. In the day, the wifi worked well. If you plan to do a lot of sightseeing, you may wish to stay at the Old Quarter as there is nothing much but office buildings in this area.
It is very quiet there and the room is spacious, small but nice swimming pool outdoor, that is a plus in Hanoi with very relaxing music. The food is good there too. it is easy to get there from the airport However, it is a bit far from the center.
As an ACCOR member I chose to stay at the Novotel Suites Hanoi; although quite a long way from “Old Quarter” it is worth staying there for convenience, extra customer service and a lovely room at a reasonable price.. I have to say the front staff and definitely the two lovely ladies in the bar provide European standard espresso for you to enjoy. They all speak great English, dress impeccably and provide first class professional service addressing your every need. The hotel manager greeted us after check in and came to say hello when we checked out. He is European with extensive managerial experience and you can count on him if you require anything at all. The hotel is fully air conditioned with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool inc child pool in the ground floor with a full time gym and a wonderful western/Asian restaurant on second floor. Taxis group outside the hotel and there are many ATMs around. I truly recommend it particularly if you are there for business as it is located in the heart of the business district.. organise yourself a GRAB account for cheap travel around Hanoi.. My name is Danny Molinaro from Coffs Coast Australia, this is my first time to Hanoi and we have loved it
I love the size of the room, cleanliness, how modern it feels and the layout. Sleeping here was pleasant on the nice beds. As a Suites type room, the kitchenette was good with relevant cooking items. The Gym was pleasant and had a good view over the street. The breakfast was a good selection
