チェックインからチェックアウトまで、ハートフルで、心の籠ったサービスを頂きました。 ハノイ日本人街の中心近くに在り、利便性も抜群です。キッチン・洗濯&乾燥機も個室内に設置してあり、大変に有難い。　 建物は古いですが、毎日の清掃も行き届いて おり とても清潔です。 ハノイ滞在には、素晴らしいホテルだと思いお勧めします。 From check-in to check-out, we received warm and thoughtful service. Located near the center of Hanoi's Japanese town, it's extremely convenient. There's a kitchen and a washer/dryer in each room, which is very convenient. The building is old, but it's cleaned thoroughly every day and is very clean. I think this is a great hotel for your stay in Hanoi and highly recommend it.

良かった点 ※全体的にきれいだった。 ※洗濯機・乾燥機が部屋の中にあったこと。 ※エレベーターあり。 悪かった点や記載と異なる点 ※日本語対応は無かった。 ※フロントデスクは24時間対応ではない。 ※シャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、 　洗濯用洗剤、食器用洗剤などは前の住人もしくは 　宿泊者が残していったようなものしかなかった。 　気になる人は使えないレベル。 ※電子レンジは無い。 ※WiFiのみ。有線接続は無い。ただ、WiFiは30Mbpsは 　出ていた。速度に不満はない。プリンターも無い。 ※建築から2年程度しか経過していないようで、 　部屋の内装はまだキレイだった。 ※フロントは常駐しているのかどうかわからない 　くらいの状態で、チェックアウトの際も人影すら 　無く、荷物を預かってもらうために最終的には 　清掃担当の従業員を捕まえ、お願いする羽目に 　なった。 ※日本人にとっては電子レンジは必須かと思うが、 　（公式HPには記載があった）通常は設置されて 　いない。現地駐在等の長期滞在者には 　レンタルすることもできるらしいが、 　（フロントにいたお兄さんに聞いた） 　旅行者はダメらしい。　 ※ATM、新聞サービスは無い。 ※キッチン・電子レンジ・洗濯機設備を目的に、 　この施設を選んだが、メリットは、日本人エリアの 　中にあることと、ロッテセンターのすぐそばなこと。 　滞在が1週間未満の純粋な旅行者には向いていない。 　ベトナムリピーターで、日本食が欠かせない人向け。

The apartment is not large but enough for personal long stay and the room is clean. on thing you should note is it is better to stay upper floor because lower floor is bit noizy with karaoke at the building beside.
