I'm booked two nights. Everything was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. They told me how to travel in Ha Noi. Location near my company, easy for relax after lunch. Room very clean. Thanks, I will be back in future
We were very impressed with the service and room cleanliness at My Way when my family was here on a leisure trip. Having been to a few hotels in Vietnam, this was one of the best I have stayed at. The rooms came as a surprise as it was a lot bigger than we expected. There was enough room for the kids to run about without tripping over anything. The bathroom was very clean and the housekeeping made sure it was kept that way throughout our stay. Basic amenities were also provided. The sheets were clean and we slept really well. The TV was okay and there were enough channels to keep the kids entertained in the evenings. There was a kitchen but we did not use it but it was clean nonetheless. Check in/out was really smooth and we did not have to wait long despite a relatively busy front desk. The daily breakfast provided was delicious and there was quite a variety. If there is anything that stood out the most, it was the great service provided by the hotel staff. We needed a lot of advice getting around and they spared no effort to give us really good advice and local tips. We were thoroughly impressed and would come back for a second visit again.
Thanks to manager for great welcoming and the organization. I was perfect but we don't have enough time for more . Very nice hotel and peaceful atmosphere in Hanoi. Great staff And very respectful, special is Receptionist Mr. Quyet. I will come back Myway hotel soon. Thank you. とてもお世話になりました！ 一人でも、楽しく穏やかに過ごせました。感謝してます。 またホアンキエム湖は最高でした。
Visited this place for business trip. The hotel is at prominent location. The staffs are cordial and room service is quick. The cleaness is great and hospitality of the dining room staff is good. The food quality is perfect. Overall a good stay. The only limitations is size of the room and bed. Otherwise this is perfect stay away from home.
This is first times book hotel for our group 5 people in Myway hotel. everything done well as all. clear room and good isolation . nice meal. staff is very nice very responsible . reception always smile and make us laugh:) luxury lobby. suitable for business and travel. I’ll be back in the end of this June
All staff are friendly. The bed is not comfortable, the toiletries are provided, I suggest you bring your own, hairdryer is provided, towels are worn out. But they have good restaurants in the hotel - if you're on a short trip, I can recommend this because of the restaurant - if you don't mind not very comfy bed
Our booking arrangments had gone adrift so we were left at midnight to find a hotel for two nights ,having visited or called more than 9 hotels including Intercontinental and Sheraton all fully booked and the boutique hotels in the old quarter might have had rooms but by one pm their lights were out! So we had to hit the outskirts ,first stop Novatel full ,but they recommended My Way ,and called them . One room left at now 3 am we grabbed it for two nights ! Wow !! we would have taken anything but this place was spot on ,OK its a business area rather than tourist ,but the rooms ,were large ,modern ,and clean. Staff ultra responsive ,breakfast fine and terrific value for money compared to down town.If you want a bit of peace and quiet and dont mind a taxi ride in the morning then this place comes recommended.
On arrival, check-in and reception were just like any other hotel - large reception area, comfortable lounges, etc... The actual rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. King sized beds in a very large room, a very large walk in wardrobe and large bathroom with both a bath tub and separate raindrop shower cubicle. At first glance the room looks "tired and dated", but on mentioning this to a Vietnamese colleague, she said that the hotel was relatively new. So you'd have to put the overall appearance of the room down to the designer.... My colleague's room was quite different in layout, but equally as spacious. Both rooms had a small balcony. The rooms were equipped with small fridges, and very basic minibar. Tea, coffee and kettle were also provided. A couple of bottles of water were provided complimentary each day. More attention to detail (such as re-stocking the refrigerator) by the house staff would improve the overall rating. The hotel is just off one of the main roads in Cau Giay. There is a large sign pointing to the hotel on the intersection of Lane 86 and Duy Tan Street. You'd miss it though if you didn't know it was there. However, Cau Giay is one of the newer areas of the city with lots of business houses set up in residence. This hotel was close to the business we were dealing with so it was really handy. (By comparison, if staying in the city centre it would have been a 30 - 45 minute trip out and back each day.) The treasure to be found in this hotel is the restaurant. BUT not for the food... The restaurant is comes complete with one of the largest collections of wine, if not the largest, to be seen, certainly in Hanoi, if not Asia. Any wine buff would gladly love to set up a bunk bed in the restaurant and never leave. The collection is truly worth spending time to have a good look. Placed on Basement Level 2, you can't help but think that this is the owner's private collection. It is quite a wonderful place for evening drinks.
I booked 4 nights here and leave right after the 1st night. My room was Deluxe (rate 1,600,000 vnd/night). The room does not look like the photo in booking sites, worse organized, not efficient at all. It is old, not clean, bad smell, the bed is not comfortable at all (may be I am too sensitive) and the blanket made me itch, can't sleep well untill the morning when I was too tired. And then the housekeeper, in the morning, openned my room door without asking if their guest was in the room. The housekeeper even openned my room twice. Crazy. No privacy. Will never come back and never ever recommend it for anyone who is looking for a 4-star hotel with the similar price. Not worth at all.
Online My Way Hotel is a just typical boutique Hotel and Residence. It offers amble rooms with typical kitchenette amenities etc.. I stayed in the Delux Room and it is very comfortable and has large refrigerator, L shape kichen cabinets with 4 electric stoves with electric vented hood above. Immediately to kitchen is a small living room with a flat screen TV devided it with the bedroom with soft king-sized bed. There is enough space between the beed and the closet and a working table near by. And the bathroom only has stand up shower and it is also roomy. Overall the layout makes me feel very at home. Btw, there is an eltronic keypad safe for your important stuffs in the closet. The all day dining is on the 2nd floor to service guest with breakfast and foods throughout the day. I also want to cover on this review is what most often don't know or see from this Hotel; it is the IL VINO wine cellar and restaurant in the basement below. I was impressed by its size, collections and accommodation. And it is nothing like the Hotel above. I was transported into another place via a dedicated elevator. Staff can alway assist you with direction and reservation and perhaps a personal tour which is recommended. IL VINO has large rooms and private rooms for guests with full kitchen and fine dinning menu to accommodate the wines / fine ambient. The menu had fine cheeses, hams, Wagyu & Australian steaks, and Salmon just to name a few and they are prices from 800k VND ($40usd) to 2 millions VND ($100usd) per dish. For the wines and liquors they are ranges from 2 millions VND ($100usd) and up per bottle, and covering most popular wines region in the world. If you are a wine person and prefer a private privilege with your guest then this is a place to be experienced. Yes, it too has COHIBA Cigar upon request. Well, I hope you will enjoy My Way Hotel and IL VINO during your visit. Enjoy and Safe traveling. 🤗 K
