The room was super nice and quiet, a washer and dryer was a much-needed addition, and the staff was very helpful. Alice took great care of us and went out of her way to tell us about her favorite places to eat and let us keep our luggage in the lobby since our bus didn't arrive until later that night.

This apartment is a walking distance to almost all our immediate needs. We used motor bike tour guides in the area. $40 per hour for 4 persons, 3 tour guides on motor bikes. Three hours for half a day cost $120 or three million Vietnam dongs for 4 persons. Awesome! Excellent idea. Very good tour guides who explained everything. They were our photographers and videographers. Took us to places we wanted to see. Our tour guides took us to places like resto, temples, Ho Chih Min airplanes' wreckage, even bathrooms. This two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms were the best lodging I ever booked. It comes with a living room and dining room with a fully furnished kitchen. Staff is just as good. Very quiet place. Excellent overall.

Like a home in Hanoi. Friendly staff are all helpful. Location is good and easy to go anywhere in Hanoi. Only problem- you may stay in a room without windows. If you plan to stay in Hanoi like living, this is the place to stay.

Great value in Tay Ho

Was only here one day to transfer to HCMC, but the place was enough to rest. Easy to find and walkable to some restos and cafes nearby. I love this part of the city being farther from touristy spots. You can see locals exercising in the early morning and getting coffee. We got an upgrade from the studio to the 1BR, which is great, but the 1BR had interior windows with artififical lighting. Not the best, but at least we got a good night's rest.

It was a rather equipped service apartment but cleanliness could be improved - floor was dusty when we arrived and floor mat towel was stained. It was uncomfortable to walk around the house barefoot or in white socks. Water pressue from shower head was low and splatters out of the bath tub easily

This property was perfect! Walking distance from everything! 30 minute walk into the centre, the owner and receptionist gave us their numbers incase we needed any recommendations or suggestions or any basic needs really. Room was lovely and sound proofed. Lovely area. Will come back here again!

Peaceful stay next to the lake

The place is amazing, room 705 had the perfect view to the lake, very useful that we had laundry and dryer machine in the room , many options to eat and drink around. Definitely I can recomend it and for sure I will stay here again.

Really clean and nice place to stay at. The only down side, is that it takes a while to heat up the hot water for shower. And once heated up, you only have about 15 min of hot water before it goes cold!

Wonderful staff who were there to help at every moment. The rooms are cute -- the studio is perfect for anyone who wants to cook, wash clothes, etc. The shower runs out of hot water within a few minutes so you have to be quick, but other than that, it's perfect!

It’s clean and quiet. But there is a lively local shop/eatery area just behind this hotel, which is very convenient. I liked the surroundings of the hotel, and often walked around the Tay Ho lake. A lady, Alice, at the reception spoke decent English and helped me a lot understand the local market.
