This modern hotel exceeded all expectations! Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, within 10 minutes or less walking, we can reach to most historical landmark and highlighted spots of Ha Noi. The hotel’s design created a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The staffs were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring a seamless experience. From the pretty lobby to the well-equipped rooms, every detail was carefully considered. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a stylish and comfortable, unforgettable stay.

What an incredible hotel in the heart of Hanoi! My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and we are incredibly happy we chose this hotel. The hospitality and attention to detail makes you feel extra special, and the bedroom was large, clean, and very comfortable. The included breakfast (both a la carte and buffet) was the perfect cherry on top. We wish we had more time in Hanoi to enjoy the hotel spa, but I hope to try it next time we are in this city because we will be 100% staying here again! Additional note: the staff is the friendliest and most trustworthy people ever. We forgot some items in the safe after we checked out, and within 30min I got a call from the hotel to notify us of this. We returned to pick up our items and nothing was missing. Truly a stellar place!

This hotel was beautiful. Stylish, modern and slap bang in the centre of the Old Town. We had a balcony room, huge bed, huge walk in shower, robes, slippers and eat as much breakfast as you wanted off their extensive menus in the gorgeous breakfast room for around £60/night. Absolutely fantastic value for money and luxury feel. Roof top bar was fabulous, staff were so kind and friendly and attentive. We were 5 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, 7 minutes from train street and roughly 15 minutes from the luxury branded shops to the far right end of the lake. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay here again for sure.

Our stay here was amazing. Beautiful decors interior hotel and rooms. Breakfast has many choices, the staffs are wonderful. After we moved to another 5 stars hotel near by after 2 nights at this hotel, I feel I like this hotel better and will remember our stay here. We will go back soon.

The staff were the best part of the hotel, everyone was so friendly and courteous. Gave us great recommendations and suggestions for food and logistics. The hotel itself was in a busy but convenient location with clean rooms. The only suggestion would be give guests more discount when visiting the rooftop bar.

Every aspect of the Minerva Premium Hotel was amazing! From the moment we made our online reservation, the staff at the Minerva was in contact with us to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. A car picked us up at the airport and the staff gave us clear precise directions on what to do and how to find our driver. We arrived at the hotel at about midnight and two lovely staff members welcomed us with fruit and refreshing drinks, the lobby smelled like flowers and was stunning. We had just traveled 30 hours from MN with very little sleep and we felt welcomed, safe, and cared for at the Minerva. We had a suite with a king-size bed, a balcony that faced the street, and a large free-standing bathtub. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully done. We enjoyed the free breakfast on the tenth floor with panoramic city views, the food and service was exceptional. We also experienced happy hour and dinner at the Cocina restaurant and Velas Skybar on the roof of the building. The food was tasty, the 360° city view under the night sky was wonderful, the drinks were fun, the live music was an unexpected treat, and the staff was charming and so attentive and personable. In all of our travels we have never met a better hotel staff. They were so helpful, trustworthy, and truly cared about us. Thank you Jamie, Sun, Hai and all of the staff at The Minerva. We will be recommending your hotel to everyone.
