Hotel staff are very friendly and go out of way to meet your needs. One thing worth noting. The shower area is designed such that water flows out of shower area to the drainage area near the toilet. If too much water, it tends to wet the floors of the bathroom. This is just the way bathroom operates in Hanoi, I suppose. Other than the bathroom, the hotel is nicely decorated and it is located in a very good location. Once you step out of the hotel, there are many restaurants and shops and during weekends, there are music and bustling activities right on the street outside the hotel. This is an excellent hotel and reasonably priced for the benefits you find here. Highly recommended.
