Felt like a 3 star hotel. Few choices at the breakfast buffet and drinks like an espresso is an additional charge. This hotel get quite noisy at night making it hard to sleep, especially when loud guests are checked in next to you. There’s no policy of keeping quiet even at 2am, etc. There were other issues as well where I had to complain to the manager who then apologized multiple times but didn’t offer me any compensation. So basically I didn’t enjoy my stay here and can’t recommend.

My trip to Hanoi had a lot of obstacles and Kevin and his staff helped me get through them all, from missed flight connections where we had to keep changing times for my airport pickup to the hotel getting information out and keeping guests safe when a typhoon hit Hanoi. 5 star operation and staff

The room I stayed in has a horrible sewage smell. The whole lobby was darkes out. The architecture is way too rustic and out of touch with the nearby hotels my friend stayed in. I would like to request for a partial refund for the suffering I went through in bearing with the sewage smell. I was too tired to try to communicate with the staff who x have poor understanding of my questions in English.
