Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff helped us a lot and the location was at the heart of the old quarter. The breakfast was really good. The rooms were spotless. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The service at Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel is fantastic. We arranged a pick up at the airport via one simple (very last minute) email, they booked out train tickets and our trip to Ha Long Bay (with a discount). All the staff seemed to know us, always very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is good, there are plenty of options, the coffee is great! We had a lovely stay!

This is a gem of a place in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff are all so kind and friendly and helpful. Our bed was super comfy and the room very clean and quiet. Delicious breakfast. Everything within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is a small hotel in the old district. Comfortable room, nice size with good bathroom facilities, good wi-fi. The service is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very good with fresh fruit, juices and cooked breakfasts if required. It is well placed to explore Hanoi Overall a great stay

Pros: Price, Staff, Breakfast I'm very please that Meagan speaks good English, go extra miles to serve you well by explaining local stuff like how to cross streets, take care of backpacks from pickpocket, where to visit and eat. I can sense she's working really hard. Amy is nice, too. Breakfast is good despite an area is small. No flooding of guests during our stay. Cons: Since the air ventilation at bathroom is not that great, if you eat lots of stuff, the smell 💩 could persist (and spread to the adjacent bedroom 😷) for a few minutes. You gotta close the bathroom door while/after 💩. There is no air ventilation fan in the lift.

On my first night in the hotel, the WIFI was down and when we raised it to the hotel, they said that the technician can only come the next day to fix it. Besides that, our Air conditioner was having issues too as it will off itself every 30 mins or so. We raised it to the hotel at around 8pm and they only inform us that the technician can only come the next day. They never end send any staff to come and check what is the issue, so I suspect that they knew about this earlier. I booked a family room that can sleeps 3 and the only solution that they gave us was that they can move us to 2 smaller rooms for that night temporarily. The next night after we came back from Halong Bay, they moved us to a bigger room, a sort of like an upgrade because of the inconvenience earlier. They claimed that they will helped us to carry our luggage up and will bring us welcome juice. In the end, we didnt get any juice but our luggages with juices spilt on it. The worst part is that they did not bother to inform us or apologize for it. They just bring the luggage into the room and left. This is just very unprofessional. The room is clean but the bathroom has a constant moldy and foul smell coming out from it. No doubt that their staffs are very friendly and helpful, I would suggest that you pay a little more for other hotels as there are many more newer and better hotels.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for several days, went to Sapa and then returned to the hotel. The overall experience was really great because the hotel staff can advise and arrange anything. Furthermore, it is ideally placed to make you feel that you are in the centre of the action. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and well cared for as well as being good value for money. Breakfast is tasty and our two teenage girls loved the special way they were treated for their birthdays ... thank you very much.

My fiancé and I were initially planning on staying in one night in this hotel before a cruise. We were going to switch to the JW Marriott, but instead we love this hotel so much that we booked an additional two nights here instead, and canceled our reservation with the JW Marriott. We definitely Made the right choice. We are right at midnight and the staff could not of been more exceptional and helpful and happy to meet us. They were such a joy to be around, and we could not of asked for a more helpful set of people to spend our time in iOS. Everything was seamless, we even got upgraded to a nicer room. We love this little oasis in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, and if we come back to the city, we will definitely be staying here again. Kudos to the staff are making our experience and I am a unique and unforgettable one!

The customer service here is impressive. Annie greeted us with a cool drink & fruit. We relaxed on the couch while she organized everything for check in. The hotel kindly arranged our airport transportation which made the arrival & departure so much less stressful. They gave us tips for the city, best restaurants, & breakfast was enjoyable. The lobby is shiny & nice & cool. They even remembered our names every time we spoke. Our favorite part of our trip was our cruise to Lan Ha Bay that the hotel also booked for us via V'spirit Premier Cruises (2 day/1 night) with transportation there & back. The cruise line was so much more than we expected and left us very happy. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable (a little firm). Pillows soft. Two free waters in the room. Rooms were quiet at night.

What a warm helpful hotel and such a good location. Amazing facilities for the super low price. We were incredibly comfortable and enjoyed a wonderful nights sleep. When we left we were given a gift that totally surprised us and it really made our day. Totally recommend this Hotel!
