A great hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter!

This hotel is has friendly staff, is clean and modern, and has a great breakfast. It is very centrally located and they have rooms with a balcony to allow you to relax but still enjoy watching all of the excitement of the Old Quarter. Great restaurants close by and a Night Market every weekend! We used it as a base to travel back and forth to Sapa and Halong Bay!

Wonderful Hotel near Hoan Kiem Lake

My four night stay at San Boutique Hotel was wonderful! The location was near the lake with many restaurants, shops and spas but on a quiet street. The front desk, door men and kitchen workers were all very helpful and kind. I was always greeted with a friendly smile as I passed through the lobby. I would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

As a chef who has worked in many hotels in Australia over 30 years, I am so surprised by the Vietnamese hospitality. More than happy with the price. Better service and value at this hotel. Cara, the manager, only 22 years old, good English was particularly helpful. 5 stars for Cara. Will stay at this property when next in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff. If you are looking for a hotel and or an agent than Zoey is your go to. She gave us local information and useful tips for traveling around Vietnam, helped us to organise Ha Long Bay tour, Ninh Binh, Sapa, Hue, Da nang, Hoi An and Mekong Delta Trip.
