I have stayed at this hotel before on an extended stay for business as was my most recent day. The staff treated me like family. Anything and everything I needed they dealt with perfectly. I really appreciated how responsive they were to everything I asked for.

Nice building in a gritty area of the city (which we like) but no mention of the 3 hours of deafening demolition happening across the alley either leading up to it, or after the sleepless night. We were focused on getting a plane home the next day so did not mention it but should have. We stayed in 2 other hotels in Hanoi, we would not return to this one.

This hotel was advertised as 4 stars but it actually was a 2 stars hotel. The bathroom was clogged and the sink has mold all around. Linen and towels were so old and not clean. Breakfast has limited options compared to the others 4 stars hotel I stayed, way far below an average of a 2 stars hotel. We were so disappointed of choosing this hotel.

This is a fabulous little hotel with friendly, helpful staff and wonderful breakfast. The location is convenient to restaurants, the market, shopping, the lake, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

My first from felt luxuriosly large with a view of the lane. The non-stop elevator-style Christmas Carol music on repeat (even mid-January) was annoying, but otherwise it was a perfect oasis just a few steps from the lovely hustle and bustle.

It was a wonderful stay for me at this hotel. As soon as I booked, I received a warm welcome by the Customer Service Manager. She proposed many tourism activities and also made arrangements, after discussing the suitable ones for me, including the airport pick-up / drop-off. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly & helpful. The main thing about this hotel is its great location and everything is within walkable distance, beer street, coffee street, multiple restaurants, the Hoan Kiem Lake, water puppet theatre, etc. Should note that the entrance to the hotel is in a narrow alley where 2-wheelers can enter but no cars. Just have to carry / pull your luggage just a little bit. The plus point to that, is it makes it much quieter inside than other hotels. I walked around a bit, late at night and felt quite safe in that area. This hotel is recommend and I will stay here again during my next visit to Hanoi.
