The location of the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside was good as it was close to the lake but also close to many shops and eating spots. Even more important, the staff at the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside were terrific. Grace the sales manager, and Anna at the front desk were both very helpful and gracious. The daily breakfast was very good, offering such a good variety of options with lots of vegetarian options was great. And their staff, especially Hueng, was terrific. We had a really nice stay at the hotel and would return again.

This was my second stay at Lucien and it was another great experience. The hotel staff are truly amazing and make your stay easy and relaxing.
