The customer service was impeccable. I reached the hotel at 2 pm to find that the restaurant was closed for dinner preparation. The receptionist - Ms Giang, not sure if i have gotten her name accurately. She took the initiative to show me the way and went with me to buy food. I am deeply touched by her act of kindness. Kuretake Inn is fantastic because of her and the experience she brings to her guests. Thank you and i will be back again when i next go to Hanoi.

The facilities of the Hotel is good , the stay of my guest is good upon confirmation also he note that if the restaurant offer also lunch and dinner it would be such a better improvement and convenience. The located is strategic although you need a taxi ride for the city center and in finding a good restaurant to eat.

Staffs can speak Japanese. Wide tubs are on the top floor. In the room, Can watch the major Japa broadcasting programs at realtime on TV... It is a comfortable hotel for Japanese.

Value for money, nice hotel in Hanoi

It's between the Old Quarter and Kim Ma area. Easy access to Old Quarter and Japanese restaurants in Kim Ma area by taxi. The staffs are friendly and nice, good support on traveling around Hanoi. You can enjoy not only Japanese breakfast but also pho, Vietnamese noodles too. The rooms are nice and hygiene are Japanese quality. Unluckily, the bathtubs were broken. But you can enjoy the public bath on the roof, worth trying it. Nice bath. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with plenty of good local food

I did not know that Kuretake Inn was a Japanese themed Hotel until I checked in. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly. They provided a DIY map of Hanoi city, marked out all the nice local food, tourist attractions etc. The traffic along the main Kim Ma street is not too busy and not crowded at all. Travelling to various places in Hanoi from the hotel is very easy, as the hotel location is right in the middle of most of the famous places in Hanoi. - To Hoan Kiem lake is only about 10 mins (including the heavy traffic) - To Lotte Center shopping mall is about 3 mins - To West Lake is about 5 mins - To the famous Le Duan shoe street is about 5 - 8 mins - To Royal City is about 20 mins as the traffic around that area is pretty heavy. - To Lotteria and BigC is about 20mins.

2回目の利用です。日本語を話せるスタッフがたくさんいて皆さん非常に親切です。今回は設備の老朽化が少し気になりました。浴槽に割れがあったり、シャワーを使用した際の浴槽外への水漏れが少しストレスでした。ただ、スタッフの方々は本当に素晴らしいです。
