We remained at Nikko Hotel for three nights for the first trip of ours in Vietnam and certainly come back next season. This 's a fantastic hotel and appears to be most excellent hotel for the entire trip in Vietnam. It's additionally among the couple of hotels in Hanoi with a pool, complete gym, and sauna - one of the primary reason behind us to select this particular hotel to stay. My bedroom was excellent, completely clean and pretty quiet with point of view faces to a park and the street nearby. Beds are big as well as really secure we'd a great nap before the tough sleep immediately train though. Service is great and the staffs are extremely polite. Breakfast is included and extremely great with great Vietnamese coffee and we purchased roasted, grinded espresso to the home of ours to enjoy slowly.

This is a nice hotel located at a very good location: not at the Old Quarter but only takes nearly 10 minutes for walking to get there. Not too touristic and nearby many restaurants and tourist sites. Spacious and nice room with very good view from the window. Staff is friendly and very helpful

The staff were excellent, professional, provided excellent service, polite. The buffet breakfast-very good The room was wonderful, comfortable but not so big as the one in Saigon Very good fitnes center and swimming pool.

Very enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very comfortable with perfect service. Room is clean and spacious with beautiful view from the window. The thing I like the best was the location. Very good location which is not too faraway from the Old Quarter but in a quite area with lots of local people.

This is the 2nd time stay at Nikko Hanoi and still enjoyed very much. The hotel is not new but the facilities and equipment were updated so it doesn't old in use. Room is spacious and very clean with room service everyday. Every room has window with nice view to the park. Staff is professional and informative.

Our family had an enjoyable stay here. We chose this hotel because of it's perfect location: outside of the Old Quarter with lots of commercial and touristic but it only takes nearly 10 minutes walking to the city centre. Surrounded by local business and experience the real life of the people here was memorable. The hotel room is huge with view to the park. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Amenities is perfect, but room with carpet seems to be out of date. Fitness equipment should be improved. Wi fi is not high speed, bit slow. Service is quite good. However, for overall I felt so impressive and will return to this hotel again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite spacious and clean. Location was near the lake and easy to get around. We had an event there and banquet staff were on the ball and our event ran smoothly.

The hotel is not new, but all facilities and rooms are good by Hanoi standards. I had the corner room and the room size was very generous The room was clean and the bed was good. The only negative was that the wifi was poor. The lag in the wifi made it all so frustrating to even clear work emails.

I stayed here with my girl friend in July 2016 for the first time and the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. First the room was very old and not maintained well. Cracks in the walls, ceiling, chipped paints. Now the kicker, we dropped and broke their corded phone. One of the internal plastic pieces broke and needed gluing and an electrical wire was disconnected yet their repair team took a look at the phone and wanted close to $300 to replace it. Mind you, this is a VERY VERY old phone made probably in 1980. Here in the states you can't even find those phones anymore except at junkyard sales. We brought the phone to a local store and had it repaired for $10 the next day. The repair team accepted the repaired phone, but not without much resistance. I have been to VN 5 times and each time I stayed at a different 5 star hotel. I have never experienced anything close to this level of hustling in any of the other hotels or anywhere for that matter. Will never come back.
