Most things are good. Breakfast has many choice, incl Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Western; taste good. Weight scare in my room's battery was low, and I told if but not changed while my 4 night.
Normally i stay near the old city or at West Lake and an unfortunate turn of events meant I was had to leave my 5 star hotel at a time when nothing else I knew was available. Someone recommended Du Parc and having no other reasonable choice I came. What a delight and so wonderful that chance made me select it. It is a 15 minute walk from the edge of old quarter and next to a large and relaxing park. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I knew it was the hotel I would love. I was not disappointed in teh food, the rooms and the staff. It is closer to the old city than west lake and worth it. You will be relaxed and refreshed.
Stayed here for five nights. Breakfast good. Japanese, European and Vietnamese options. Rhe Japanese restaurant for lunch was excellent value and super tasty. Lounge bar a bit pricey but magnificent attentive staff and decent bar food. Concierge and checkout good, a bit confused at times but we go there. Hanoi isn't the friendliest city, but they made it excellent
The mid-sized, well maintained hotel with super friendly but polite staffs hotel. This hotel had been run as "NIKKO" brand (Japan Air Line Group) until Dec 2018, and now as "Hotel Du Park Hotel Hanoi" under new management called "Plan-Do-See." Renovated on May and August 2019 and changed to modern & resort style from classic style. Yes, it's still Japanese hotel, but both styles, Japanese hospitality and classic of Vietnam, merge well. As Vietnam is changing everyday with economic growth, this hotel also improves everyday even bit by bit. Not much restaurant near this hotel, but 5-10 min from Old Quarter area, and convenient location to go out and to have peace at night.
Paid for executive room as a luxury holiday. Seems overpriced for quality and size of room. Bit outdated and tv crackly. Pool fairly cold. Buffet breakfast okay alot of asian choices. Would suggest getting a taxi instead of hotel airport pickup about 1/3 of the price. Positives were the friendly staff.
Room is nice and comfortable, general service is excellent, close to down town and very easy go to diff shopping mall, but they can’t provide late check out, even 1 hour. Good for travellers, but not good fir business trip.
" Will be back ", that always on my mind when i come to Hanoi , clean and quiet place make me feel good to relax, concentrate on my work , yummy food , good service 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍, i love Hotel du Parc Hanoi.
The staff was excellent, check in was good, breakfast was good although it seems limited. Room was quite old. I don't like to take my shower in the long bath. Overall I felt the value is slightly lacking.
The clean, cool, quiet hotel was a haven in the chaos of Hanoi. After walking around in the humid heat on the busy city streets it felt great to come back to the hotel for some strong air conditioning, a dip in the swimming pool or a cold drink in the lounge. The staff remembered us and always had a warm greeting or question about our vacation. The hotel seems like a popular spot for Japanese business travelers but worked well for our leisure travel. It is close to train street and when we wanted to venture out the bellhop was quick to get a trustworthy taxi. Note the hotel was called "Hotel Nikko" until very recently so if you get a taxi to the hotel you might need to tell the driver this name.
Rooms are very good service is great all staff is very nice and very informative they are easy to talk to, lovely food with a great location, the attention to detail in the whole building is excellent, the building is great to come back to after walking the hot streets and having a nice cold drink in the evening
