I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed from the moment I arrived. The environment is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.The location is also excellent, just a short walk to nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants, which made it so convenient to get around.What really stood out to me, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. Their warmth and hospitality made a real difference. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is a gem. The location is excellent for exploring all of Hanoi, the facilities and rooms are super clean and nice, the breakfast top notch. What makes this hotel stand apart is the employees. The women, specifically, who operate the front desk and manage over all flow in the common area are truly amazing and special. We received SO many good restaurant recommendations as well as what to see and when. This hotel has not only trained their employees to be resourceful and helpful to their guests, they have hired top notch quality people who genuinely care for their guests. Highly recommend.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special. I'm so glad I found this hotel for my short trip in Hanoi. Everything was perfect, the location is really convenient to exlore the city, and the room I stayed in was clean and tidy. The staff were some of the nicest and most polite people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They were so kind and helpful all of the time. The room was perfect and we were greeted with some complimentary cake and fruit on our arrival. The breakfast every morning was amazing. We had a fantastic stay here. The hospitality is unmatched to any other hotel we’ve stayed at. We let them know we’re here for my friend birthday, and to our surprise they had the room decorated with balloon and a special birthday cake. Incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers a huge range of fresh foods for any taste palette. The massage services at the Vita spa were also 10/10. The staff was so helpful, they booked us tickets to the water puppet show and offered lots of local tips. Would recommend this luxurious stay without any hesitation.

The best kept secret in Hanoi. The hotel is excellently managed and centrally located. Really well isolated from the cities noise. The staff is super accommodating, friendly and efficient. Andrew made our stay exceptional, he was very hospitable and helpful. The morning buffet offers both an international & traditional breakfast. The Spa facility and treatment were very professional.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa, it was honestly the best experience of our trip. Our room was spacious and beautifully set up, which is such a treat in the Old Quarter where space is usually tight. The location was perfect close to all the shops, cafes, restaurants, and main sights, but still peaceful and quiet once you stepped inside. A huge thank you to Antony, who was simply amazing. He organised our Ha Long Bay trip before we even arrived, arranged complimentary airport transfers and even a free foot spa during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi it was absolutely perfect.

This hotel is really exceptional. Top location - Heart of the city, very close to the restaurants and Hoa Kiem Lake. Very clean, nice interior, tasty breakfast. But the real reason why this hotel is so unique is the staff. Our contact person was Elsa. She speaks excellent English. All the staff members were very helpful. From the time we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff were amazing and the rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. We dined many times in their Bell Pepper Restaurant and the meals were great as were the staff. We would highly recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.
