We had a very good experience staying at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa during our trip to Hanoi. The hotel is located in a great market area with easy access to shopping and local attractions. The staff was very supportive and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the excellent restaurant and spa which added a luxury feel to the stay.Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. I cannot reccomend this hotel highly enough. As a traveller I felt so looked after cared for by all the staff. The hotel rooms were spotless very comfy beds everything you would expect and more. Breakfast was very good with a brilliant selection.A big thank you to everyone on reception including the reception manager but a big shout out to Andrew, Jack, Elsa for taking time care and with all the recommendations and booking. Hopefully will return soon.
