I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed from the moment I arrived. The environment is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.The location is also excellent, just a short walk to nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants, which made it so convenient to get around.What really stood out to me, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. Their warmth and hospitality made a real difference. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is a gem. The location is excellent for exploring all of Hanoi, the facilities and rooms are super clean and nice, the breakfast top notch. What makes this hotel stand apart is the employees. The women, specifically, who operate the front desk and manage over all flow in the common area are truly amazing and special. We received SO many good restaurant recommendations as well as what to see and when. This hotel has not only trained their employees to be resourceful and helpful to their guests, they have hired top notch quality people who genuinely care for their guests. Highly recommend.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special. From checking in to checking out, we felt so looked after, relaxed and immersed in such a beautiful space. The room was perfect, drinks, location and atmosphere was incredible. The restaurant at Hanoian Central Hotel offers an impressive selection of local and international dishes. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of authentic flavors. What a treat! The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable, but Bell Pepper Restaurant really elevated my stay. I had dinner there on my first night and ended up coming back every day. The Vietnamese dishes were full of flavor, and the service was top-tier. A lovely blend of comfort and culinary delight!

The hotel itself is wonderful clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff. But the real surprise was Bell Pepper Restaurant. I had dinner there two nights in a row, and both times were outstanding. The pho was some of the best I’ve ever had, and breakfast options were just as impressive.
