What a treat! The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable, but Bell Pepper Restaurant really elevated my stay. I had dinner there on my first night and ended up coming back every day. The hotel itself is wonderful clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff. But the real surprise was Bell Pepper Restaurant. Room Upgrade with Balcony View

Stayed in 2 different rooms and what a difference! The superior room was quite small with a window but had limited views. After returning from our Halong Bay tour, we were upgraded to a balcony room with a beautiful street view overlooking the Old Quarter. Though it was a bit noisy at night, the experience of watching the lively streets from the balcony was truly wonderful.
