I am posting a review here because my posting on booking.com was edited and the hotel posted a reply which included many untruths. I complained about the first room given to us because it did not have a proper window, the toilet smelled and the ceiling leaked. Additionally the bed was so close to the wall that you had to slide sideways to get across the room. We were given another room but the same issues persisted except for the leaking toilet ceiling and window. The toilet towels and the blankets were also below expectations. My comments are harsh but true. I subsequently stayed at Hanoi Graceful and thank goodness, the pictures and reality were the same. I have no cause for malice and that i hope this review will be helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. We are so much please and sastisfied. The staffs can speak english very well. They are so helpfull and welcome you by smile every time when you come back. The room is huge and nice furniture. I have stayed in the deluxe room with balcony. It is very nice room. You can even book the tours with them and they provide the all information.

We stayed here for four days in this family run hotel located in Old Quarter by the weekend night market and close to major city attractions. A good selection of breakfast choices are offered in the rooftop dining area. Hotel staff particular Dan and Diep are always ready to help and make your stay a pleasant one. And we really appreciated that!!!!!

This hotel is everything you need for a great stay in Hanoi City! The location is good and the staff is very helpful and kind! Dan helped us with the tours around Hanoi and was always available to help us in everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel!

Dan, who was one of the many great staff in Posh, was so awesome. He was able to help us with almost any question/favors we had - whether it's about getting the best deals in town, where to buy certain things, discuss about Vietnamese culture - he did it all! He also gave us the best day trip deals for Ha Long Bay and Hoa Lu Tam Coc, and oh these sites were stunners! The coffee in the hotel was so delicious, and it is served to customers (even walk-ins) for free, and trust me, their coffee is the best, at least for me, during our whole stay Hanoi (neck and neck with Giang's Egg Coffee)! Our room was great, large bed, enough fixtures to host a couple. They also have a big television and a fridge for customer's convenience. Hot/Cold shower is a standard and was a welcome perk during our stay here in the winter. Breakfast buffet is great, and offers a number of food variety, from Bahn Cuon, Nem, Stir Fried Rice and even Pho Ga. They also serve this crispy French bread which is a staple on every Vietnamese table. Internet connectivity was fantastic as well, we were able to stream movies online in HD without any problem (not too much English channels on the TV). There was a short hiccup with the connection one time (probably with their provider), but it was rectified immediately. All in all, Posh Hotel is one of the most awesome hotels we stayed in recent years; friendly/helpful staffs, strategic place in the heart of Hanoi, good food, great coffee and new friends. Book here and you won't be disappointed! Shout out to Dan, Diep, Spring and the rest of the hotel crew! Thanks for making our stay one of the best ever!

We are on our 10th day in Posh Hotel and our stay is still great! The room is well-maintaned and cleaned up every day. The towels and toiletries are being replaced daily. The buffet breakfast has a good selection of foods including some Vietnamese foods like Pho, Bahn Cuon & Xoi! We are glad that bottled water, coffee & tea are provided everyday in the room because not all hotels do that. They also provide free coffee and tea at the lobby and their cofffee is one of the best we've ever tasted. We also thank them for helping us purchase some coffee so we can bring home the taste to our family and friends. Their receptionist DAN is a great help since as tourists we have lots of questions whether where can we eat or buy this or that, where is cheaper and the like. DAN also assisted us on our Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh Day Tour which we ultimately love! Kudos to all the staff and crew of this hotel! All of them are smiling and doing great in their specific roles. We will definitely book in this hotel again if we ever come back and visit here in Ha Noi and we will surely recommend this hotel to everyone! Two-thumbs up! 🖒🖒

We had a pleasant stay at the Posh hotel. The bathroom in our first room was overflooding due to a technical issue, but we received a new one instantly. The room has a comfortable bed and a good shower. You can hear the city noise a little bit, but this can be expected in the city center. The location is very good, close to the old district. The breakfast is standard and the view stunning. Overall very good value for price.

Posh hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The the best staff i had in my travel life! They always think what is the best for their customers! Delicious breakfast! Wonderful room! Great tour suggestions! A good friend! Book your hotel here! “Posh Hotel”

We had a bit trouble during our stay in Hanoi and the staff of the Posh Hotel was super nice and helpfull. The best staff I have ever had in a hotel! The breakfast was very tasty and you have a nice view from the hotel restaurant. The room was clean, the bed big and the bathroom is Western style and comfortable. I can totally recommend the Posh Hotel!
