Nice to stay.. but need more attention for muslim customers.. Need more muslim food.. So far good service.. Recommended to friends who come to Hanoi. Staffs are nice and friendly too. Thank you. We will be back Surrounding by night market

Very friendly staffs & the food is suitable for muslim. The location is in the middle of the city. It's easier for us to go anywhere. I will recommend my frined in Malaysia to stay at this hotel in their visit to Hanoi

Hotel good located to visit the old quarter and also close to the entrances to the road arteries to go for tours or take transport. 15' walking from the hoan-kiem lake, nice area for strolling. Standard rooms are ok (the first we slept in had blind windows .. quite good to isolate a bit more from the street noise that in Hanoi is really unremitting and annoying, not too good if you are a bit claustrophobic!) . We booked with the hotel two tours (2days Sa Pa and two Days Ha Long Bay cruise) and we were fine with both organizing and pricing. It occurred just a misunderstanding about the kind of tour booked in Sapa but they were available to remedy. On our return to the hotel we got superior room at the same price as the standard room: much better! Bigger, open windows but somewhat sound proof: I recommend that! Cleaning is good for Vietnam standards. The breakfast is fair, there is wide choice. The staff is the best quality of this hotel: Mr Dan, who has followed us for the whole stay and for the tours, is very kind, helpful, attentive and provides advice and information with good English. We recommend this hotel for good value for money! Roberto&Roberta

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. The welcome was excellent and I was quickly registered and taken to my room. There was information available for sightseeing, restaurants etc. My room was clean, well appointed and much larger than I expected. I loved the way the towels were 'sculpted' to look like elephants. Breakfast in the roof top dining area was buffet style, with hot food offered, too, freshly cooked. The hotel is in the old quarter and lots of interesting places can be reached by foot. I enjoy walking so this hotel suited me very well. I had an enjoyable stay and would certainly return as well as recommend the hotel to others. When I had a problem with my return flight to Phnom Penh the management dealt with it efficiently and professionally and all with great smiles.

I stayed two nights at the hotel. The location is great and the staff are really lovely and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I didn't eat at the hotel but I did organise a tour and taxi through them and they were great to sort all that out.

Best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam. Excellent staff, beautiful large room ( got free up grade), clean big bath room, very good breakfast, super friendly staffs. We used their travel desk to book all of our trips through Vietnam and plane ticket to cambodia which were all good. Highly recommend Posh hotel in Hanoi to any one wanting a nice comfy stay in Hanoi old quarter

Best hotel i have ever had the pleasure of staying in everything was superb, the location, room, service, staffs, you will find the real hanoi here , the pampered feeling here is simply breathtaking i cant wait to come back

When we first arrived we were greeted outside with a rat running along the PVC piping on the outside of the building. The room we booked was not the room that we were to be receiving and had to pay additional costs (double) for a room that wasn't in the basement. The balcony door of the room we received didn't lock, the shower was not secured to the wall and flopped around when in use. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. However, on the morning we were to leave we had an early flight and left the hotel at 4:30am. After taking the elevator to the ground floor the entire area was in darkness. There was a staff member asleep in front of the elevator on a cot, he made no move to turn the lights on. We tried to make our way to the lobby and in the darkness, my disabled wife down the two steps into the entry area. Landing us in the hospital and ruining our trip. Her injuries are torn ligaments in the ankle and severely straining her left and good leg, as I said she is disabled in her right leg. The hotel emailed us asking if she was alright which I responded that we had to go to the hospital have x-rays and medical treatment for her. We heard nothing back! Making matters even worse, we had arranged with the hotel a taxi to the airport the morning of departure from Hanoi to Hoi An, the hotel staff were more focused on whether we had prepaid the driver for the transportation rather then my wife and her injuries which were extremely obvious. The hotel driver was falling asleep and driving off the road on the way to the airport. He spoke no English and at that time we just wanted to arrive in Hoi An and get to a hospital in one piece. This has cut short our holiday, losing money on booked tours and hotels not to even mention the cost on my wife's health. I believe this hotel needs to learn customer service to a much better extent. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very Disappointing!!!!!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights on arrival in Hanoi. Had a great stay - good breakfast, clean, lovely staff. Issue with air con in our original room so were given an upgrade. Within walking distance of all main attractions

The location is really good, not too far away from the Hoan Kiem lake and really nearby to the night market. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, speak sufficient English. They gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room during our stay and the breakfast was great. :) the soundproof of the room is a little poor, but otherwise was good!
