Nice location. Nice rooftop bar. Great included breakfast.
We had a great stay here. The room was very quiet (we had one without a view, which was fine since it didn’t face a noisy road. We actually had a view of a wall that had been designed to look like it had windows!), very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was awesome. Everything was a great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Hanoi.
Great location and ambiance. We love the buffet breakfast. The hotel staff was very helpful (i needed to call a local tour operator who showed up late and they helped to track it down after many tries).
Room is clean and big enough. Pillows are too high and uncomfortable. Location of hotel is great except that it is across a club which plays very loud music on Friday evenings and you can hear the noise from your room. Breakfast buffet has a good spread of international and Vietnamese food. Lots of Spa facilities in the area offering inexpensive massages!
Family friendly hotel. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and big variety every day.
We were quite pleased during our stay at the HA NOI PEARL Hotel. This boutique hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter making many of the major sights - such as Hoan Kiem Lake, the Water Puppet Show, Hoa Lo Prison, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, the Morning and Night Markets- easily accessible on foot. The pickup service from/to the airport was smooth and the staff very friendly and helpful. The front desk (and June in particular) all speak excellent English. The morning buffet breakfast (included with the room) is excellent- freshly made omelets and the Pho-of-the-Day as well as assorted Vietnamese and Western breakfast dishes available (and after visiting many cafes, can report that the Vietnamese Ice coffee served at breakfast there was the best I tasted in Hanoi). The hotel also sports a very nice intimate roof top bar and balcony restaurant in which to enjoy a very nice ribeye steak (as well as traditional Vietnamese dishes) & beverages outside and then watch the big screen game (World Cup soccer during our visit) on the big screen in the cool lounge area after. Perhaps the only drawback is that hotel does not have a pool given its boutique size, but the rooms are generous, well appointed and very clean. ✨✨✨✨
Good location - conveniently located in French Quarter. Room had space to move around. Ample lighting for night readers (lights on either side of bed). Windows to open for fresh air. Plenty of choices for breakfast buffet. Pleasing staff.
We stayed for one night, and the staff were very helpful with booking taxi transfer to the airport and receive a package for us before we arrived. The room we had, had no windows and was fairly small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was great for a night, but would've requested a window room if we had been staying for longer.
Nice hotel, clean, friendly and location. Breakfast buffet was good.
the hotel is close to the tourist attractions of the city within walking distances. The surrounding neighborhood is old.and the area feels scary on first impression but it is safe. The residents are just calm and laid back esp relaxing just around the hoan kiem lake. There are so many stores and restaurants close by. You can book and buy cheap tours across the hotel
Buen hotel en generl; me volveria a quedar en el mismo, excelente ubicacion
