When researching a hotel for my stay in Hanoi, the photos of the reception area captured my attention. Upon arrival I was not disappointed. My room decor echoed the modernistic, quirkiness of the reception area. The young staff was very friendly, and always willing to engage in idle chit-chat, as their English was excellent. I had a most pleasant stay.

This hotel is a peaceful, pleasant hotel located in Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter, and near the stylish French Quarter. Hoan Kiem lake is a five minute walk, and there are many, many excellent food options within a few minutes walk. The location is busy, but inside, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff are attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. An excellent breakfast is served on the top floor.

What a great little Hotel that punches far above its weight. Not the biggest, fanciest place in the area but packed with staff that go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. On arriving quite a few hours prior to check in time, Mia on the front desk made us welcome and gave us a detailed rundown of the area a let us into our room early. She is a gem. Jackie, the hotel manager, greets every guest and checks in everyday to ensure you are happy and helps with any questions or tips for getting the most out of your stay. Breakfast was served on the top floor with a view. A Fresh and tasty start to the day. Our room had a comfy king size bed and was very quiet. The hotel is very centrally located and just a short stroll to the lake in the old quarter. Great place and great value. Thanks Jackie, Mia and staff.

An enjoyable stay in a boutique hotel.

Could have not asked for more helpful, friendly people. Breakfast was delicious. It was individually prepared and not buffet style. Lots of choices. Great location in the old quarter. Room was well sound proofed for a quiet night.

The staff are amazing, especially the concierge! I didn’t like my room, there was only a window that looked into the hallway, and it seemed like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a very long time. Perhaps that is pretty common in Hanoi Old Town though. The breakfast restaurant at the top of the hotel has a great view.

I had some mobility issues and everyone was very helpful. With Hanoi traffic, I had difficulty crossing the streets to get to the lake and they walked me there safely. I couldn't walk up the stairs for breakfast on their rooftop and they were nice to deliver my breakfast so my room. I highly recommend the hotel.
