Pleasantly Surprised

This was my first experience staying at a Hostel and I will definitely return. Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean, restrooms were nice and the storage locker was spacious.

It’s very comfortable to stay. The staff who is a man is studying English at a school is dry kindness. He gave me the information I need. Thank you so much. The breakfast is great. I chose a noodle one. Very tasty.

Highly Recommend Lantern Dorm!

Having already stayed 6 nights at the Lantern Dorm on different dates I highly recommend! I can’t stop coming back. Super friendly staff, really central, offering a whole selection of tors and advice. The lower floors offer the Lantern Lounge where you can order delicious food all very responsible prices. If you’re in Hanoi and looking for a nice place to sleep The Lantern Dorm is the place. Kept very clean and tidy too!

宿泊者が部屋以外にくつろげる場所がありません。 部屋もクーラーは昼間は付けさせてもらえないので 昼間この施設でゆっくりする事はキツイです。 シャワールームと服を置くところが無く使い辛かったです。

예약을 하고갔는데 무엇때문인지 예약내역이 없었습니다. 그래서 여선전용룸을 예약했는데 하루는 믹스룸에서 잤습니다. 침대가 2개붙어있는 대로 배정받아서 착오때문에 큰곳을 준건 줄알았는데 새벽에 갑자기 왠 남성분이 침대로 들어오시더니 영어로 뭐라하시고 가운데에 커튼을 치고 그쪽에서 잠을자더군요 코까지 매우 심하게 골면서. 도미토리에서 여러명이 자면 이런것에 신경을 안쓰고 자려고하는편인데 이건 뭐 바로옆에서 골아대니 매우 당황스럽고 황당하더라고요. 굳이 여자 혼자있는 침대에 아무리 2개라도 와서 잤어야되었나 라는 생각이 들더라고요. 어찌되었든 다음날에는 여성전용룸으로 바꾸었습니다. 침대는 좀 불편합니다. 화장실은 잠금장치 없고 문만 있습니다. 하루는 밤 12시까지 복도에서 누가 드라이기를 사용하는데 리셉션직원은 아무말도 안하는건지.. 잠설쳤네요. 결론적으론 후기는 너무 좋다고해서 갔는데 너무 좋지도 너무 나쁘지도않은 그런 곳입니다. 가격에 비해서 좋은것 같기도하고.. 아, 리셉션에 있는 남성 2분은 친절해요.

ロケーション良し、快適

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。あとトイレやシャワーや部屋も綺麗で私的にはこの価格でとても良い宿だと思いました。朝食がフォーかパンか選べましたが、フォーが結構美味しかったです。周りもカフェやご飯屋さんもたくさんあって、便利でした。

レセプションの女性スタッフがフレンドリーで親切だった。 色々な観光の情報をくれて助かった。 ８人女性部屋の２段ベッドの上だった。エアコンが壊れていたのか一晩中 扇風機が回っていてうるさかった。部屋の湿度が高かった。 朝食は洋食とフォーから一つ、ドリンクも一つ選ぶ。野菜、果物はなかった。

この値段でトイレやシャワーが綺麗、衛生的なバスタオルもあり、朝ごはんはパンかフォーを選べます。ベトナム式のコンデスミルクを入れて飲むコーヒーも美味しい。こんなにサービス良くて大丈夫かと思うくらい。

２日間帰って寝るだけでしたが まあまあ良かったと思います

値段の割にベッドも綺麗。シャワーもちゃんとお湯が出る。バスタオルもある。そこそこ清潔感もあったと思います。 朝食が7時から9時の間で一度も取る機会がありませんでしたが食べてみたかったです。 室内が扇風機の音で結構耳障りだった気がします。 寝室（６人部屋）はいつも誰か寝ているようでカーテンも閉まっていて荷物をiPhoneで照らして整理しなければなりませんでした。むしろ寝室にはほとんどいる必要がなく２階のくつろげるラウンジにいる方がずっとくつろげます。いろんな人がいるので出会いの場所になるのではないでしょうか？ スタッフはみんなフレンドリーでまめに話しかけてくれ 1人旅には嬉しかったです レセプションや一階のレストランのスタッフの方 ありがとう！ ちなみに一階のレストランは宿泊客は10％オフでした

There is no 6 person female dorm

Great location in the old quarter. I booked a 6 person female dorm but was put in a cramped 8 person female dorm. When I pointed this out they told me there was no longer a 6 person dorm, it doesn't exist anymore...also my locker couldn't close. Breakfast was good and it is above a pretty restaurant. Linen and towel were clean
