Honestly slightly overpriced. The apartment smelled weird, my key didn't work. I was left without a key for three days because the management forgot about me, and even worse the internet does NOT work. You use a shared internet with everyone else on your floor, and not only is it slow, it usually goes down every hour or so. The TV didn't really work for me either, but luckily I bought my own entertainment. Also, I was charged an extra 100.000VND a night to extend my stay, so if you want to extend, just remember to book online instead of messaging directly. Other than that, I love how spacious the apartment was! The location is also very walkable, the kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and the cleaning ladies were really helpful.

Best location and service. Super convenient to experience with many coffee shops, food stalls and restaurants around. Few minutes working to the beautiful lake and souvenir shops. The staffs are very nice, friendly, willing to take extra time to help for your needs. Room is clean and well decorated.
