Very good and friendly service

We had a very nice time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a cruise on Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay, which were very convenient and the cruise itself was very lovely. They do also have plenty of great recommendations to the rest of the city if you’re in need of af good place to eat, spent time or even get a haircut.

We loved being able to book excursions directly through them. There was never a glitch to the plans, our names always on a 'list', drivers on time, greeters everywhere. Staff are super friendly and going out of their way to help you. They have a tour desk at the hotel which helped us book a day trip to Ninh Binh. Breakfast is okay, there is a limited buffet every day and you can order eggs or pancakes. Rooms are a little dated and very small, the pictures are slightly misleading. Our room was not a lot bigger than the bed itself. Centrally located in the Old Quarter. Walking distance to everything, plenty of restaurants.
