Amazing Hotel in the heart of Ha Noi

We loved our stay at the Golden Moon! It’s in a great location within walking distance to practically anything we wanted. Lily was amazing and helped us book a trip to Ha Long Bay, as well as provide airport accommodation. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again if we return!

Overall a very enjoyable stay

Had a great stay here, nice clean hotel. Staff really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast good also. I will go back to this hotel if ever I get the chance to visit Hanoi again. :)

Front desk staff SoLong was so very helpful nd had a great memory. She would remember what time you were to be picked up and where you were going. She was able to track down a phone number and male calls for us when we were missing the info on our booking. Elevator is great when you have luggage, easy to get around from this location

Staff was okay. Room had mold growing on walls. When I complained staff offered me some tea. I chose the balcony room as reccomended by lonely planet but view was just okay and showed the alley below. Also shower was not hot.
