Lindo Hotel en el centro de todo.

Todo funciono a la perfección, los chicos en la recepcion muy amables y atentos a la necesidad del huesped. Me arreglaron todo mi traslado desde Hanoi a Cat ba y fue todo 100 % correcto. El desayuno esta muy bien para empezar la mañana y la ubicacion es excelente.

Location was good - a convenience mart was just outside the hotel. Staff were friendly , especially their manager Jasmine. Lovely stay in Hanoi at this charming hotel with such friendly and super helpful staff. First night was a v.noisy due to some loud guests but Jasmine kindly moved me to a different room as well as recommending and booking tours! Nice location in the old quarter too, you can walk to a lot of sights, restaurants and shops easily

Great location and very friendly staff that were very helpful. However, the condition of the room wasn’t great. The desk has a strange design and if you put your backpack or lean on it, it will fall. Faucet control is strange - either to low a flow or too much. Maid did not refill body wash and I ran out of it on my last day. Maid was coming everyday to make the room, but not refilling for three days wasn’t good. There were stains on the top of the comforter and I reported immediately after I checked in. They said it is not a dirty one but would change the next day. They never did. On my last day, the one day I wanted to sleep in late, there was loud banging noise in the next room as they were repairing something. I reiterate that staff were very friendly but I did not have a very comfortable stay. It is a good location, however.

Not what expected after seeing pictures. Very small dated hotel, the bathrooms had mold, not many amenities. No hair conditioner. The elevator goes to 4th floor. But rooms go up to 5th. Have to Cary bags for one floor. Some staff are very nice and friendly, others (like the overnight staff, are there just because). Breakfast is horrible. Great location. The size of the rooms is good. But def not what it looks like on pictures

The location is excellent - I was able to walk to all the attractions that I wanted to visit and there are lots of great coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All of the staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english. I thought it was good value for money and would definitely stay again if I visit Hanoi in the future.

Good location

We stayed here for one night before moving onto halong Bay Area. It did the job, a comfortable bed and large room, didn’t seem the cleanest in the nooks and crannies of the hotel bathroom and there was a pervasive smell as soon as you walked in which was off putting. Not sure if it was a drain or bathroom smell? The breakfast options were lovely and plenty to choose from.
