We checked in this Hotel for a night stay - before we fly to Bangkok. Got a good deal through internet and checked in there. This is a new hotel. Rooms big and comfortable with all basic amenities and fine decor. WIFI fine. Toilet clean and big with free toiletries. Staff friendly and can speak and understand English. Breakfast is also good. Location very close to Hanoi Railway Station. So if you have plans to take Trains to and from Hanoi - this Hotel is a good option. Also Old Quarter is close. You can take a Taxi to go there - a very short ride. The owner of the Hotel has 2 more properties there in Hanoi. They are Golden Palace Hotel and Hanoi Avator Hotel. He came to meet me in the morning. Actually we had bookings in Hanoi Avator - but for some technical reasons - we were shifted to the Eternity Hotel. We had no issues in the same . But the owner in turn - gave us a Free Taxi Drop to the Airport - which was very kind of him.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind recommended lots of great restaurants and sightseeing. They also got our laundry done cheap. Be sure to have them arrange the airport pick up since taxis are expensive from there. Really nice quiet room and lovely free breakfast fast WiFi. The concierge also booked all of.our day trips to halong bay. Tip: give yourself a couple of days in advance for halong bay since they can cancel due to weather as ours did but full refund and rebooked to free by the hotel. Highly recommended !!!

This hotel is located within 200 meters of the main train station, which also has the airport bus stop (bus #86 I think) so you can get to the airport for a couple of dollars or take the train to Sapa or wherever else it goes. So, in regards to the train station the Eternity Hotel is well located. There is not a lot else in the area, we walked a km or so to the big park and the mall to watch a movie at the theatre. The walk is not so bad and the park was very peaceful, except that they charge foreigners a small fee to get through the gate, but nobody else. Not a big deal but they also want you to pay again if you leave for the mall and come back. As for the hotel room itself the hotel had an elevator, clean room and comfortable bed. The shower had a bathtub which was tucked halfway behind a wall and had a pretty high step out dangerous with wet feet and the sink had a burned out light so not exactly an ideal bathroom. We told them about the light on checkout. The breakfast itself was good as well. The other thing was they did not store our bags behind a desk and it was out of site of the front desk. Those eating breakfast all walked by our bags to and from the elevator. We had loose items just sitting on top luckily nothing went missing, but questionable security location for your customers belongings. The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful, but not much interaction. When we arrived early from the 6am Sapa train they stored our bags for us and we headed out to relax in the park a 15 – 20 minute walk away, had lunch then returned to check in. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a good location for getting to or from the train and airport bus. It is the first bus stop heading to the airport so you have no issues getting a good seat. But there is not much else nearby, except local soup kitchens who butcher and cut up there meats on the sidewalk.

We had wanted to book this hotel for a place to sleep/shower between long flights and a train trek to Sa Pa. Attempted to book directly through their website. Booking was never confirmed, as you get an email back stating that your reservation is only a "pending request" followed up twice with the hotel to see if we were confirmed, they never responded, so we cancelled our request and booked elsewhere. Upon arriving at Hanoi airport, we found the driver we had requested through our new hotel - or so we thought. The man had our name on it, but as soon as we were driving away, he held up a sign that said Hanoi Eternity hotel. We tried to explain to him that we were NOT going to this hotel and to turn around and take us back to the airport. Instead, he just kept driving, and finally we had to use our phones to call the hotel we had booked in at and have them talk to the driver. Enternity Hotel also called the driver and spoke us, demanding that we did not cancel (we had a cancellation email) and we were going to be charged 1 night. They also claimed we had to pay for the driver, again even though we had not ordered them to pick us up. It was a VERY stressful and upsetting situation arriving in Vietnam after flying for nearly 19 hours. In the end, through our new hotel, the Eternity driver dropped us off at the place where we were actually booked and was taken care of through our hotel. Do not book here- they need to update their reservation system and properly communicate with guests.

I would recommend this hotel only for a short stay. It's a bit outside the old Hanoi. Very close to the train station. In my room, there was no water in the morning and the breakfast was ok at best. The staff we're great and very helpful. The kept our luggage for the whole day and arranged transport form the airport.

Friendly motel close to train station for traveling to sapa, walking distance to anything you could require while on holiday. Staff are fantastic, super friendly, very helpful and go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range to choose from. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities within the room. Good aircon fridge, freezer etc... We will stay here again whenever we come to Hanoi. Thank you to all the team at Eternity that made our stay with you so good! Regards Kathleen and Gary from Perth Australia.

Found this hotel at very last minute because we had to check out from the previous hotel at noon and wanted a place to stay and take shower before our 12hrs night train to Hue. Staff was very friendly and speak good English. She gave us a free upgrade since we were not going to stay overnight. Room was clean but hot water were little weak, but did had a good nap before the hard sleep overnight train though. For this price it worked perfectly for our purpose, it was just 5 min walk from train station and there were many local food to choose just around the corner. Highly recommended for traveller that looking for a place to take some rest and shower before catching the night train.

stayed there 4 nights around new year's eve. plus: very friendly and helpful staff even if not all of them can speak a decent english. perfect location for who arrives in or leaves Hanoi by train, the station is at walking distance. quiet street absolutely safe compared to old quarter's area minus: even if room and bathroom had decent size they need some renovation and refurbishment, especially the fitted carpet floor seemed dirty and bed linens and towels need to be renewed breakfast is nothing special if you look for continental style (but even asian guests didn't seem really impressed).

Receptionist surfing Facebook while we are confirming our rooms at 11:30 pm !!!! The next day the hotel manager threat us rudely 😒 so disappointed for being choosing a nice and boutique hotel for nothing !!

Booked the rooms before i left for vietnam. The staffs were very cooperative in hospitality. It is well accessible and across the street near to ICE. Though the rooms were small the comfort was well enough. Had some issues with wifi connectivity, rectified delayed. Throughout the stay was good trust worthy. Breakfast is served in short time please don delay for that. A karoke bar and restaurant is nearby. A good stay.
