We were a family and used the hotel primarily to refresh following and prior to our trip to Sapa from the Ga Hanoi, train station which is a walk away. Unfortunately, it was a bad and very poor choice. Here is our experience: 1. Unclean and dirty, overall the hotel is very dirty. This is the biggest problem with this place. It is filthy the carpets are stained, the towels have holes and are torn with stains. 2. Unprofessional staff, the couch in the lobby is the bed for the workers that work at this 3-star hotel. 3. The restaurant served breakfast which was extremely poor in terms of spread. 4. In the bathrooms the soap dispeners were broken, the refrigerator did not work, the sheets and pillow cases were unclean. This is despite us asking to see four different rooms in the hotel. My suggestion is for those who are taking the train to look elsewhere unless of course your primary reason for choosing this place is the price.

When it comes to The Eternity Hotel in Hanoi...WOW is all I have to say, BUT for so many reasons. I booked my stay there very last minute (literally on the plane when I landed) and was not sure what to expect. I had been traveling South East Asia for two months already at that point with a lot of my accommodations being hit or misses so to speak, but The Eternity was the best of them all. I am serious, from the moment I got there the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The concierge, Lily, was absolutely fantastic, showing me all the different spots in the city to explore and helping me book the most magical day tours to Halong Bay and Hua Lu. Don’t even get me started on how comfortable the bed was...honestly was one of the best night’s sleep I had in my life! I booked my stay for two nights and ended up staying for 5 nights, if that alone doesn’t tell you how great of an accommodation The Eternity is, I don’t know what will. Regardless whether you are staying for a day or a week, if you travel to Hanoi stay here. Not only is the service great, but so is the complimentary breakfast and it is walking distance to everything there is to see in the city!

I stayed 3 night at the Eternity Hotel, it's a very nice hotel they should fix all the leaking in the bathroom. Friendly and competent stuff. Location not the best but if you like walk or rent a motobike it's good.

It's clean and location is very near Hanoi station. Take around 1 hour and 30KVND by bus No 86 Easy to go Airport. Also have a good restaurant of Vietnam food in Phan Boi Chau RD. No 18/The name is Quan An Ngon. And also close the old quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake.

We were relieved to have found this hotel after sleeping poorly in 2 other hotels in Hanoi. There is a lot of noice at night, but we heared practically nothing in our room. Also the beds were soft and the breakfast was really good when looking at price/quality.

I have booked Eternity Hotel as it is a bit out of the busy center but still in walking distance. Located close to the train station this would be an additional plus for dose who travel by train. My first visit to Vietnam and very positive surprised. Hotel rooms are very clean, good in size, well maintained and offer all we need for a city visit. The staff as been very nice and amazing helpful with getting tours and transfers booked, always had a bit of a chat and seemed to care about the guests well being... Breakfast could maybe offer a bit more choice but as a European I may be a bit more demanding. Overall it has good. Thank you all for a great time...see you soon again...

Stayed at Eternity Hotel whilst travelling across Southeast Asia. The staff were very friendly and reliable, we managed to arrange for them to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable price. The room was fairly spacious for the two of us and the beds were comfortable. The minibar in the room was well stocked. The hotel is about a 15/20 minute walk from the old quarter. We found a lot of other hotels people we met stayed at offered a lot of the same and were situated right in the heart of the city. Still pretty good for the price.

Very spacious room, a bit basic. The staff re very knowledgeable and friendly. Wifi wasn't great and the room needed updating but if you are in Hanoi chances are you won't spend long on the room anyway. Great location for seeing everything. The stalls at the top of the road are very good

We checked in this Hotel for a night stay - before we fly to Bangkok. Got a good deal through internet and checked in there. This is a new hotel. Rooms big and comfortable with all basic amenities and fine decor. WIFI fine. Toilet clean and big with free toiletries. Staff friendly and can speak and understand English. Breakfast is also good. Location very close to Hanoi Railway Station. So if you have plans to take Trains to and from Hanoi - this Hotel is a good option. Also Old Quarter is close. You can take a Taxi to go there - a very short ride. The owner of the Hotel has 2 more properties there in Hanoi. They are Golden Palace Hotel and Hanoi Avator Hotel. He came to meet me in the morning. Actually we had bookings in Hanoi Avator - but for some technical reasons - we were shifted to the Eternity Hotel. We had no issues in the same . But the owner in turn - gave us a Free Taxi Drop to the Airport - which was very kind of him.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind recommended lots of great restaurants and sightseeing. They also got our laundry done cheap. Be sure to have them arrange the airport pick up since taxis are expensive from there. Really nice quiet room and lovely free breakfast fast WiFi. The concierge also booked all of.our day trips to halong bay. Tip: give yourself a couple of days in advance for halong bay since they can cancel due to weather as ours did but full refund and rebooked to free by the hotel. Highly recommended !!!
