Bad experience right at check in

Bad experience right at check in. I came at around 12:30 noon and waited at the check in counter. There were no customers but they made me wait and then I asked if they would do check in and they said their policy is at 3??? So why didn’t you tell me when I waited there? But this is not acceptable for 5 stars hotel. You have to greet the guest and check them in no matter you have the room ready or not. You can give them the room if any available or politely tell them to comeback at what time. So I had very bad experience from the beginning. For breakfast, as I was in a hurry. I only had Pho and I took croissant. The staff asked me not to take any foot to leave the floor. I think they have to consider the situation. I read all the reviews and other customer said they didn’t allow a 15 month old baby to take a banana. Other hotels will even pack the food for you if you don’t have enough time to eat. Check out is longgggggg. This is far from a 5 star hotel. Overall, I’ll never comeback. Please stay away from this hotel and Hotels.com should not partner with them as well. The worst experience!
