This place was very nice and quiet, but it’s away from downtown where we wanted to go lots of American food around the hotel unfortunately we wanted Asian food so we had to go very far to get it.

Our experience with reception staffs really soured our last stay, we had stayed at the property twice before, this third stay proved to be unsatisfactory. If you plan to stay at this property, please note, the ‘Family room’ option really is a regular apartment with an extra bed added to the single room, the extra cost really is just for the added bed, the ‘Family room’ is NOT bigger than the usual apartments. Also check your room booking description, the complex has two sizes apartment, one being 91sqm one is 89sqm, we were assigned a smaller apartment despite paying for the supposedly more expensive ‘Family room’ option. When raised this after checking in, reception staffs argued that the size difference was ‘in our heads’, only when we asked for a ‘proof’, it was discovered that the complex did indeed have a range of smaller apartments. After a heated discussion, reception staffs begrudgingly changed us to the bigger apartment we previously stayed at C block. This really put a dent on our experience with the property and disappointed us greatly. However, I do appreciate senior management reaching out to us to apologise after receiving our feedback for the poor interaction with staffs. Other than the last interaction with reception, the remaining stay was lovely, I do recommend to avoid appartments in C block as they have a very loud pickleball court next door (this didn’t bother us). There was also loud maintenance work on C block and we were not advised of this either.

Very comfortable apartment hotel. Excellent facilities and great staff. Activities for all ages. Clean and spacious apartments and we like the Westlake area for the view and relaxed atmosphere. Gym equipment a bit dated and so was dishwasher/washer in apartment - functional though. We will definitely come back, especially if we're staying for a longer period.

Lovely big rooms with excellent pool and ground facilities for families. Food and drinks not a significant feature though it had excellent kitchen so you can do you own thing very easily. Some local shops and eating places which were affordable (like everywhere in Vietnam).

The room was fantastic, very spacious with a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Lots of things to do onsite. Positioned right next to the lake. Plenty of places to eat within about a 20 minute walk.

The property is a mix of residential accommodation and holiday apartments. The pool was lovely and quiet. The kitchens in the apartments need updating and the breakfast wasn’t the best we have had. It’s also worth noting that you have to request a balcony for all 1 bed apartments as this isn’t a bookable option via Expedia

오래 되었지만 관리가 잘 되었단 말에 4박을 예약했습니다 우선, 들어가자마자 에어컨 곰팡이 냄샌지 오래되서 나는 냄샌지 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났고 오래되서 그런가보다 이해하고 넘겼습니다 킹베드1, 싱글베드2 방을 예약했는데 그냥 킹베드1, 싱글베드1방에 엑스트라베트 하나 추가해주는거 였습니다 세탁기가 고장나있어서 교체 받았는데 오마이갓 통안에서 썩은내 남… 너무 속상했지만 그런가보다 했는데 결정타 엄청나게 큰 바퀴벌레 거실에서 발견!! 뒤로 하루하루 빨리가길 엄청 바랬습니다 직원들은 친절하나 사진과 너무 동떨어지는 컨디션입니다. 조식도 전날 남은거 다음 날 다시 나오고 소진되면 바뀌는 루틴? 입니다.
