What stood out about this property was the kind, helpful staff. Our flight to Hanoi was delayed for a few hours, and staff kept in touch and stayed (very) late so we could check in. The gave us a late checkout, and then the owner provided shuttle service (for a nominal fee) to bring us to the airport. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable as pictured, and spotless. Breakfast looked good - noodle soup - but I didn't have time to stay. I grabbed a tangerine and headed off to the airport (taxi fare 100,000 dong) for my flight back to the US.

Mixed results about this hotel. I guess you get what you pay for! Room was large and A/C worked well. Very limited plugs to charge devices. No instructions in the room about wifi or amenities. Staff spoke almost no English. Breakfast options minimal with no refills offered.
