We stayed for an extended weekend in Hannover at the Mercure Hotel Oldenburger Allee. Not only have my wife and myself been welcomed very friendly and been informed about the hotel's facilities, but also for our dog there was a nice setup in the room. We enjoyed the restaurant, bar and breakfast and both, food and drinks where of a good quality, tasteful and reasonable priced. Our room was spacious and the bed was convenient. WiFi worked well and was free of charge. Parking around the hotel was free, and the garage we used the second night only 8 Euro. So all-in-all a really great stay for our trips to the city.

We did have a one night business meeting in walking distance to the office and it was great! Quick, good and friendly service, and a very flexible staff. Breakfast was really good and rich, rooms are nice and well decorated. I slept well as the welcome service was fast and friendly. Did not use the elevator as i was on first floor breaks with very easy access to stairways as alternative. So good hotel, perfect located for business, enough parking space available in walking distance to my office, will come back next time!

Perfect for one night. The bed was a bit hard for me. Fantastic breakfast, great variation. Come early (around 8 AM) if you enjoy a quiet and peaceful breakfast. There was no hot food, but you only need to ask.

The hotel is clean, with normal size rooms, bathroom is big enough and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast, that’s why I can’t comment on this one but in rest everything was ok. Sure thing will book rooms here again!

We stayed here with our Golden Retriever and were warmly welcomed by the staff. There was a hiccup with the first room we got since the water coming out of the tabs was very rusty (some work going on..). but we got another room that was perfect, although a little small for our 42 kg dog :). Very friendly staff and the newly renovated entrance area made this a good overnight stay on our way North.

Hotel is outdated and the rooms need renovation even if they have been taken care. I had to ask to change rooms because the first one smelled tooooo much at cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking. Ventilation noise was also an issue. Located convenient near the highway and at 15 minutes from the airport, I think there are better alternatives for the price.

Not the Mercure level I experienced before: no bath stop, nothing to put your suitcase on, rusty dustbin in bathroom, defective lamp switch, no minibar. Coffeemachine. 1 free bottle of water for a 4 day stay.

This hotel was easy to get to and with a tram stop very close made it stressless to get into the centre of the city. The food offering, though not extensive, was good and the quality excellent. Service was good in both bar and restaurant. Room was comfortable with a reasonable view and comfortable beds. Hotel did everything you would expect!

Good and spacious room, excellent WiFi and good breakfast. At two mins walk there is a tram halt from where every ten minutes a tram leave for the city centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A good place to stay for a couple of days to explore the city.

This hotel is not in the centre of Hannover but it is a twenty minute tram ride away. Fortunately, there is a tram line which runs right past the front of the hotel. The welcome was ok, quite businesslike but quick. The room was not bad, not too cramped but not very big either. The room had air conditioning -yay! Decor is a little dated but apart from a few small marks on the carpet it was clean overall. There were no toiletries in the room apart from a small bar of soap and a liquid soap in the shower/bath. There was a complimentary bottle of water and a coffee maker in the room but no tea. I asked at reception but she said I could buy tea from the restaurant. I asked why was the coffee complimentary but not the tea, she said the coffee was a welcome so I guess tea drinkers like me don't get a welcome! The room had free wi-fi although it didn't always work as it had a low bandwidth and to get a better connection, you had to pay. There was also a fridge in the room. The bed was hard and pillows were not very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was ok but the menu was limited and food pricy.
