Not as nice as the photos. Check in/out was great. The guy at the front desk was nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The carpet felt grimy. The bathroom smelled very strongly of urine so much so that I opted to not shower. There were also quite a few bugs in the room including moths, flies, and gnats. The room smelled musty. The channels didn't work properly. There was a storm which may have interfered some, but some channels were fine while the others did not work at all. The sounds of trucks revving their engines was very annoying. I won't be staying again.

The property was fine you get what you pay for it was clean no major issues the continental breakfast was exactly that the continental breakfast no protein I don't even think there was any fruit but it was there it was free no complaints

Positive - Great front desk service. Cheapest hotel in town, allowed 1-hour early check in based on availability. Included continental breakfast. Negative - Outside was 98 degrees ("feel like" temp 105+). Room was very humid & musty (set at 75 degrees). Humidity was so high the towels felt like someone just used them after a shower. Pool was covered and didn't open all weekend. We set the temp to 68 and left for several hours. When we returned, room was more comfortable but still smelled musty.

Absolutely horrible. As soon as we walked into the room the smell was just stale cigarettes (non-smoking I don't think so). My daughter went to use the bathroom right away and couldn't close the door, I think the door had like 5 layers of paint on it and it was so sticky/tacky your hand would stick to it when trying to push shut. Door aside the dead bugs on the bathroom floor were disgusting along with the dirt/dust build up along the bathtub I don't think the floors have been cleaned for a while. We also had a handful of flies buzzing around the room. Finally the chair, I'm not sure what they were covering up but the oversized sheet/cover looked even more sketchy. We were maybe at the property for an hour and checked out. The amount of time it took to book a new hotel and start a refund process with Expedia (because we used a 3rd party site the hotel said they can't do anything) which went nowhere and we didn't see a dime back.

They property was in need of updating in general. The room was clean with no unusual smells, bed was very comfortable, the water pressure and temp were great. The room could use some updating, sort of stuck in the 70’s. Direct TV worked great. Breakfast was very limited. For the price I paid I can’t complain really. Great as a one night stay. Would stay here again if going thru Hannibal again. Check in staff was very pleasant.

Non-smoking policy is clearly not enforced! And the two hundred dollar cleaning fee that was presumably assessed to the prior tenant was not effectively used. I tried two different rooms and both were overwhelmingly smelly. We ended up leaving the property, hoping to get a refund from Expedia. The biggest joke was that I had to put a $25 pet fee; my one pet couldn’t possibly make that room smell any worse.
