Easy to walk to all Mark Twain Boyhood sites. Staff was great. Free WiFi, parking, breakfast and pool. We went to the local Walmart to get swim trunks. Wish the bed and sheets were more comfortable

My husband, son (age 15), daughter (age 14), and I liked the fact that the pool and hot tub were in the center of the hotel. Since our room was on the first floor, the pool and hot tub were just steps away. Also, the hotel was very close to the Mark Twain House and Big River Train Town. We could also walk to the Rockclife Mansion from the hotel. So, the location was great. The staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Would stay again but will need a much nicer breakfast. Room was quiet and clean, but check out the carpet edges along the walls - I always check. Terrible breakfast! Will try again but not optimistic. Scrambled eggs like rubber, sausage links were stiff! Presentation was Blah! Needed a good cleaning.

Nicely located for easy walking access to the museums and restaurants. The trolley tour is a must, guide was knowledgeable and fall colors beautiful.

Location of hotel was within walking distance of all the Mark Twain related attractions. They were very informative and riverboat cruise allowed us to experience the river.

The hotel was clean, and in a good location. Walking distance to the river and main street. Would stay there again.

Hotel is right on historic Hannibal Main Street and Tom Sawyers white picket fence. Very nice indoor pool. It's about 2 blocks from the train tracks and the train whistles every time it comes through, which is about once an hour.

Very comfortable rooms. Room doors are inside. Pool with lights located in the middle of the hotel. Full breakfast in the morning was amazing. Drove past all the other hotels in the area and am really glad we stays here

Nice hotel. Close to the river and downtown. Enjoyed our stay.

From our room we were able to see the Mississippi River. It was a great view, from a great room. The Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Will stay there again when in Hannibal. Great location to shops and restaurants.

THIS is where you want to stay, if you want a KOOL hotel, good amenities, nice room and to be RIGHT in the MIDDLE of where you need to be to SEE Hannibal!!! You really can walk to most things from here. What a great little town. But, give yourself plenty of time (at least two days...) to see stuff. And make SURE you bring a SWIMSUIT for this hotel! Great pool and Jacuzzi... indoors, prominently. Nice.

Hotel was just a short walk away to stores, restaurants and the river. Continental breakfast was definitely one of the better we've had.

Very nice stay! Super clean and people were very friendly!!!!!

The check in process wasn't difficult but we felt like the gentleman checking us in would rather have been doing anything else. He also cheapened the experience a bit by talking about how lame the town's claim to Mark Twain was and how cheesy the whole place was. We still enjoyed our visit to the town but could have done without the pessimism. Our room was right on the main floor which was OK but a little loud by the pool. We enjoyed how close the hotel was to everything though, that was easily the best part, great little walking spot on our long trip across the country.

This hotel was is a perfect location and the staff was amazing! I will recommend this hotel to friends traveling in the area.

I read other reviews on this hotel and almost did not book this one. Now I understand others reviews. The location in town was great, walk to everything (almost), not the caves. There is NO river view from your room!!!! In fact, my room was on the west side and had NO outside window at all. The window we did have, overlooked the pool, which is in the middle of the lobby!! So, it could be noisy until 10pm. However, the staff did close the pool then. Stayed 3 nights, funny after returning to my room after the 2nd day and my key no longer worked. OOPs, we only activated your card to 2 nights. Really? I gave this hotel a overall rating of 3 only because of its location!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They serve a full breakfast and if one is looking for a quite weekend get away, this is the place. Located in downtown Hannibal and within walking distant to Mark Twain Museums and local shops. There is something for everyone.

Pleasant hotel. Good location. Indoor pool in lobby area causes chlorine smell throughout lobby.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. It is within walking distance of most attractions. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. Overall nice hotel.

I stayed at Best Western in Hannibal on my way from Chicago to Wichita. It was an okay hotel, however, compared to the other options, it was not a particularly good value. The room was large and comfortable enough, but the bathroom was small, just like the towels, and had an annoying light/fan combination. The room had no external window which meant no natural light; and only inexpensive plastic drinking glasses were provided. The staff really didn’t know the area, and couldn’t recommend any restaurants. (The hotel had no restaurant or bar.) The breakfast, while included, was nothing special, although the cook was very pleasant. There were a couple of very cute diners that would have been a better option; but when the price is higher than other hotels because of the included breakfast, you are reluctant to go out of the hotel. The hotel was near the Mississippi River and the older section of town, which was quite nice. It did have a a good pool and hot tub.
