From arrival to leaving the staff were fantastic. Great service, reception, bar / restaurant and housekeeping. Restaurant menu for breakfast and evening meal was really good with some specials for the evening.

Lovely stay overnight for a family visit. Staff are really welcoming and friendly and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. Room had everything we needed and was a good size. Would definitely recommend and will return in future.

We had a lovely stay at the White Hart. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good although we had booked to stay on a Sunday so that we could all have a roast dinner and were disappointed to find that there wasn’t a single roast left. However the food we ordered was still good.

Very disappointed this time, the kitchen was closed due to flood. Fair enough but would of expected the discount on food to of carried over to there sister Hotel as we had booked a table on reservation. no evening food available either. They didn't appear to be bothered even though we had stayed several times before.

Great location just across river bridge from Kingston. Close to Hampton Wick park and railway station. Parking on site - busy but space. Room clean and pretty comfortable. Lighting was rather subdued. Good selection for breakfast. Very similar to our last stat a year ago apart from steep price increase.

My stay at The White Hart Hotel was fantastic overall. The staff were great—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with a lovely evening meal that felt homemade and a satisfying breakfast to start the day. Our rooms were warm and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the nice guide literature for local points of interest, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. To top it off, there was a good range of beers available at the bar. Highly recommend!

The room had dust in areas and it was very cold. I was unable to turn the aircon from cold to hot. I called the front desk and he said he would sort it but it was still blowing cold. I just wrapped up in bed and fell asleep in the end. I will say the bed was nice and comfy. There was lots of refreshments in the fridge, a coffee machine and shortbreads. The shower was clean with decent pressure and hot water. I woke up late for breakfast which I was looking forward to. I was unable to stay as needed to leave to catch a flight. I asked to take away a pastry when asking for a napkin the lady huffed and puffed which I thought was rude. When arriving at the hotel the barrier went up automatically so I was expecting the same when I left. They did not advise I needed a code to leave so had to go back in to find this out. They whole check out and attitude from staff was not was I was expecting. Which is a shame really as the reviews are so good I thought it would be better. I guess I caught them on a bad day.
