Clean nice place steps from the beach surprisingly quiet being so close to the strip although you can hear the traffic until about 9 ish while sitting on the patio. Comfortable bed and a medium size fridge for all the leftovers one might have from visiting all the local food options internet TV included

Large studio condo was one room and bathroom. Rules say maximum occupancy was three, we had four. Place didn’t have two beds, a futon second bed. Day before we arrive we are told must have compact vehicle, that wasn’t stated when we agreed to rent. Parking space was only big enough for a mini cooper. Our small suv shouldn’t have had to be parked there. There was plenty of other parking

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean &had everything mentioned in the booking. The only thing we had issues with were the blinds that kept of falling other then that we are extremely satisfied.

Great Beach Access

Great location. Loved being able to just walk to the beach anytime. Never had to drive anywhere. Great restaurants within walking distance. The sleeping area is a bit cramped for four adults. Futon is very small. Overall we really enjoyed our stay😊

Nice Location

The property was nice close to the beach. Didn’t have to pay for parking. I can understand why you’re parking. Doesn’t take larger vehicles. I was underneath The building Good thing l know how to park. Had a great time, Might do it again sometime thanks

Perfect cozy unit

The unit was perfect, it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice to sit and relax. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again .

Small but Cozy

Property was close to boardwalk and beach. The description about a compact car for parking was spot on. The property was clean and cozy. The owner was great to work with. It was myself and my teenage son, and it was perfect for our visit.

Studio apt with pool/Jacuzzi and the beach!

The apartment was very clean and pretty with lots of nice touches. Patti and Debbie Mae were great and responsive. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the ocean breeze. It did take a little while to locate the building - the directions sent were very helpful - read them first! Don't count on the GPS. The beach is a quick walk down the street with lots of businesses right in walking distance. Overall very enjoyable

Great location. Clean room. We met some lovely people. Only complaints. Heated pool and spa were not working until the day before we left. Room was on the 3rd floor mention of this would have been helpful. Stairs only.

It was a wonderful stay, could work on the Internet, could put some type of nonskid in the shower, there’s an ergonomically bed we figured it out the last day would love to have have known four days prior, it would be helpful to have nonskid rugs. Only mentioned these things for safety. It was a wonderful stay we enjoyed the room immensely.

Nice location, older but well maintained building. Quickly planned trip. A couple years ago we stayed at the Ashworth Hotel (close but different property). I believe this was better stay especially on value.
