Beach Days & Pool Nights

Great Combo. The beach is just yards away with beautiful sand and surf and when you return to your Comfortable Studio Condo you can unwind in the heated swimming pool with / jacuzzi. Balcony with a couple of Adirondack chairs while people watching along Ashworth, or head out to the community Deck with tables and chairs. Comfortable Studio sleeps 3 comfortably (4 will be cozy) with a queen size bed and queen futon (we supply Blankets, Pillows and Comforter, you bring sheets/towels). We offer one free compact size parking spot in our covered carport. This privately owned Condo unit is equipped with kitchenette with; microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee & tea pot, utensils, plates, cups. Wi-fi, Central Air, Flat Screen TV with Streaming along with a starter supply of paper towels/toilet paper, you bring your own towels & sheets and other personal items. There is an onsite coin-op laundry room, heated inground pool & jacuzzi, balcony and just steps from the sand,

It was cleaner, larger, and nicer than even the better local hotel rooms. 1 minute walk to beach, set back a bit which helped with noise, and thankfully great A/C. The price was certainly attractive, especially on a summer concert weekend. There was one little initial glitch witth the door code and Patti answered our call and had us inside in a minute. Would definitely repeat!

Nice place, noisy neighbors

My husband & I were very pleased with the space, which was spacious & clean & 2 minutes from the beach. Unfortunately, every night the people upstairs were stomping around all hours of the night, & people were hanging out right outside our terrace door talking loudly until 1:30 AM. Inconsiderate people for sure but otherwise a good place to stay.

Great time in Hampton Beach

My wife and I had minor trouble with the key code entry initially though we figured out and from there, we had a great trip. This condo was clean, in a great location and was quiet at night. Communication with the owner and VRBO was always easy as well.
