Overall, the property met our needs and was well kept. Close to necessities like grocery stores, restaurants, takeout, etc. There are train tracks that run behind the home and horns blow regularly (sometimes during the night), so could be an issue for those with small children.
We did have a concerning experience with the property manager (Kim) who called us the day after check-in accusing us of parking a moving truck and trailer in the driveway and demanding to know why. I assured her our party arrived in a single vehicle (SUV) and there was never a moving truck/trailer in the driveway. After several more minutes of continued accusation and mentions that she drove by and saw it herself, I asked her to confirm the property address she was referring to. Turns out she had called the wrong guests at the wrong property. After realizing her mistake, Kim merely laughed it off and didn’t even bother to apologize. We likely won’t be returning after this experience.
