Historic octagon grand house with common gathering areas spacious rooms and dining area options. Hosts Simon and Miranda are welcoming and attentive. Close to a quaint pub next door, Black Sheep Inn is also only 1.5 miles from Lake Keuka and downtown. Made from scratch breakfast options are vegan. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed getting to know the hosts Simon and Miranda. They were extremely helpful and personable. If we ever have a need to revisit that area we we surely be staying with them.

This B&B exceeded our expectations in every way. The couple that operate this B&B are wonderful and friendly people that truly care that you are enjoying your stay. Our stay at the Black Sheep Inn felt like try a guilty pleasure. Miranda & Simon are the quintessential hosts, and the service and attention to detail is top tier. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Black Sheep Inn. The property is beautiful. It’s an an historic building that has been remodeled to keep the origini charm. The building is immaculately clean. Miranda and Simon, the hostess/hosts, are very gracious and personable. They offered many helpful suggestions for activities during our stay. The food was delicious! Miranda herself makes breakfast every day, and my husband who is a meat eater couldn’t believe how satisfying the meals were.

Everything about my stay at Black Sheep Inn was amazing- from being greeted and warmly welcomed by Miranda, the breakfast provided each morning, the spa/massage I received, the amenities inside the inn, the easy to walk to bar right next door, and the comfortable shared areas to relax and read in! It was an absolute joy to stay there with Miranda and Simon and I cannot wait to return!
