Solid place to stay with a curveball or two. Located on the west end of what must surly be called "motel row" as there are least 40 motels options side by side from here to the Pak 'n Save. Stayed in room #3, which was a middle unit, all units are ground level. 3 nights in late-November 2025. Negatives: Deposit required at check-in & they actually charge it, not just put a hold for it. Nobody else does this. It was refunded after checkout, but why bother to begin with? Very specific rations of coffee x4, tea, hot chocolate x4, & cookies x2 (in a pack) per day. And clearly think that they will get more money (see photo #4). No USB ports. Positives: Easy check-in. Room was quiet, clean, & comfortable. Water was instant hot. Mostly full kitchen with: microwave, refrigerator, 2 place cooktop, kettle, toaster, glasses, plates, & silverware. Provided Coffee & Tea (Ceylon), hot cocoa & choc chip cookies. Silverware/ceramics were clean. The overall room size was quite roomy. Largest Bathroom shower ever, 3 people could use it at once. Hand-held shower head option. Shampoo & Conditioner. Wi-Fi worked well. Easy check-out, just leave the key card in the room. Final thoughts: I liked this place as everything was in order to be a five star... But, unnecessary deposit & expecting of added income from some unicorn that would pay extra for tiny packets of stuff, is quite silly. But, then again maybe they are raking it in, on all those $2 sachets of salt & pepper.

The rooms looked and felt very clean but there was an odd smell in the bathroom which I later found out was probably mildew. This will be to do with the bathroom fan not working very well for such a large space. The shower grout needs redoing as the water leaked out onto the floor a bit. Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay.

A pleasant night stopover in a clean and tidy room. Jug and toaster are provided with plates and cutlery in the cupboards. Recently refreshed bathroom and toilet facilities. Large tv located on a wall bracket. Comfortable bed to sleep in. Will be happy to use this facility on our next stay in this area.

Me, my partner and our 3 kids spent the night here. Room was a 2 bdrm apartment, it was nice, clean and spacious. It has a separate toilet and also has one in the bathroom which is handy when you have lots of people. Kitchen was a bit awkward because the fridge was behind the door and fridge door opened the wrong way. So you would het hit by whoever walks into the kitchen, seating outside our room was very dirty…..

Staff are very friendly and helpful, big bathroom with lovely spa bath and walk-in shower and heated towel rail, super soft towels, comfy bed, great value for money. I would stay here again.

Firstly the bathroom design is poor, the shower has no door so the water goes all over the toilet, creating a damp feeling! Secondly, the toilet was really bad, you could only flush it once then it took ages for the tank to refill. Lastly, the check out is very slow! Would not stay there again!

Service at the receptionist was okay friendly staff, but room quality werent the greatest and cleaning service was poor. Faults ●Air conditioning had foul smell when it was turned on. ●Latches on windowns were nearly broken, werent able to open windows to air rooms. ●Bathroom lights went off and was told we shouldnt have too many appliances going at once, but we didnt. ●Front door was unsafe and could feel cold air coming through the room. ● 4 nights stay and was told we cant get towel replacements. ●Our second room was riddle with bugs and spiders along the ceilings and around the single bed. We were told that there were no rooms available which is why we paid more for Saturday but later on found out that there were a few rooms available when we found bugs in our second room. Staff are friendly but they need to learn to clean rooms properly. Nice location but need to focus more around maintenance and deep cleaning the rooms. This is the first time i have actually given a review like this. Hopefully the owners take this seriously. First and last time staying here.
