Front desk staff is the best

What makes me comeback here is the staff. Always friendly and helpful. We really appreciate their thoughtfulness. It makes our trip easier we are able to enjoy it more. I will rebook in the near future.

Poor budget hotel, but at luxury price

We booked 2 months ago for the Golden holiday break and expected higher prices. We paid £114 for one night (much more than our other bookings elsewhere in the same holiday week). We expected a degree of comfort for this price and were very disappointed. Wifi was poor, rooms were tiny, breakfast was Japanese only with no juice, bread or eggs (none of the normal concessions that you would expect for international guests at this price). Not recommended unless the price you are quoted matches that of a low budget hotel. Don't expect price to be a measure of quality. This was our worst experience of a hotel's after 2 months in Japan.
