Drove from sapporo to hakodate, stayed overnight to explore the City. Parking is 1000 yen per night. Location is great, especially of you choose to take the train from sapporo since it is just across the street. Good restaurants around. The only thing i didn't like is that the AC in our room is not working well/ i was so hot at night. The hotel is also a bit outdated. Otherwise, everything is decent.

This was a nice hotel - the only negatives were that the 'double' sofa bed in our room (booked for 4 people) was really single sized; also the premier lounge with free drinks for those paying for a premier room has no windows despite being on the top floor - but, of course, the bar down the hall (not free) has a lovely view and great cocktails.

It's a convenient area, right next to the station. But everything, from the dining, to the bar, to the massage parlor felt criminally overpriced. The Wi-Fi in our room was faulty to the point of being unusable; I informed the staff about it, and they were totally indifferent. There are so many hotels in the city, so this hotel is a shameless waste of money. I don't plan on staying here again, and I am dissuading anyone else from doing so.

The front desk told me the wrong check out time which supposed to be 11am check out 3pm check in. It result in I had to paid extra for the late check out on the room and car park. Did not provide extra bedsheets for the sofa bed which we booked and check in as 3 person.
