Clean room, amazing staff, onsen was a first class experience, convenient and accessible location, plenty food options in the food court area connected to the Hotel. Many other local food places are a walking distance from the hotel. Hotel is located next to the Hakodate Station. Local bus and tram are located right across from the hotel. Hakuto Limited Express and Hakodate Liner connects with Shin-Hakodate-Hakuto Sinkansen Station. Hakuto Limited Express also connects to Sapporo. All in all the best choice we made at the recommendation of one of our family friends. And Expedia did the rest!

I understand cleaning every 3 days but they need to change trash and pick up the dirty towels each day like other hotels. The carpet in room has stains a lot. My bed has some hair before I used it.

Rooms were clean and great layout with everything you needed. There are usb points on the desk for charging, they even had a large mirror at the desk which helped with putting on my skincare. Bathroom had suitable storage. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional no language issues. Breakfast was amazing, make your own chirashi and salad bowls. Had soups, warm food and the cold drinks dispenser had 5 or so choices. Only downside is that the smoking room is near the lobby so a lot of the smell comes through to the lobby area. Had to take shelter from the rain and wind before checkin, was left with a headache from the smell. It must get bad for the staff, pity the fumes don't go towards the carpark. The hotel is just to the left of exiting the train station. Would definitely stay again.

Big rooms, amenities bar, free luggage storage, great onsen with free popsicle after, breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of Japanese options. Great location and walkable to a lot of sightseeing areas very convenient by the bus and JR line. Would stay at this hotel again

Great value in Hakodate

Convenient location. Excellent room. Very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very reasonable price given the quality of rooms, service, spa, and meals.

Excellent hotel, very clean, view of the ocean is superb, located directly by the train station, you can walk to almost everywhere from there!
