Amazing hotel! Great location in Hakodate, you can walk to most of popular places, stuffs are so kind and polite. Room was so clean and had everything we needed. Hot spring is just nice to have!!! We really entertained at this hotel!
There have two boxes (garanges) under the desk. Good hot bath.
It was a modern hotel but unfortunately the corridors smell of cigarette smell. The room was clean but also smelled of cigarette smoke(we think) even though it was a non-smoking room. Luckily we had our own aromatiser which made things bearable. Apart from that it was in a good location, walking distance from the station and staff was very polite.
Lobby and hotel looked updated, but staff doesn't understand English and gave us Japanese map and info. Room looked nice but bathroom looked dated(?) or seems like bring portable bathroom and put it into the room. Guest anyone who have stayed here will know. **DOESN'T WORTH MONEY**
