– The master bedroom suite is accessed off the living/dining area and it has a KING bed, a working desk space, a glass door to that great outdoor patio space, and it has a full en suite bathroom with double sink vanity, commode, and large glass and tile shower;
– The 2nd bedroom is also accessed off of the living/dining area and it has (2) TWIN beds -- that can be bridged together into a KING bed (yes, we have all of the appropriate bedding to make the beds up as twins or a king) -- another glass door to the outdoor patio area, and another full en suite bathroom with double sink vanity, commode, and a normal tub/shower;
– In the living room, there is a SOFA SLEEPER bed;
– To review, (1) king bed, (2) twin beds – that can be bridged into a king bed, and (1) sofa sleeper … that can accommodate up to a total of 5 people.

And there is more! The property has an attached single car garage and a cold room entry area with the main access to the home being through the garage and cold entry. Just off of the cold entry, the home has a laundry room with full-sized, heavy-duty clothes washer and dryer . . . and accessed through that laundry room is a large private hot tub -- it is in an enclosed room that has two large wooden sliding "barn" doors that when opened, the tub is effectively outside with the peaceful and private woods at the edge of the tub. Nice!

Located about a mile from the north end of Hailey, this guest house is just minutes from Hailey's ample and quality shopping and dining and just 10 miles from the resort communities of Ketchum and Sun Valley with even better shopping and dining and entertainment!
