This hotel is close to Matam high tech center, shopping, but the hotel itself is bare bones. The rooms are simplistic and drab without much storage, the TV channels are sparse but they will sell you movies, the business lounge is the worst I have seen (not much food), the breakfast is the same 4 choices every day with only one being close to an Israeli breakfast and it is a voucher in a coffee shop, no telephone to reach the font desk, etc. Is it worth the convenience?
Comfortable furnishings in a well appointed room. Terrace was enclosed which originally seemed confining though I appreciated it in the evenings as a private outdoor space. Interesting arrangement with the attached mall which served a lovely breakfast - was a very convenient location and and easy walk to work.
We stayed for one night for this lovely hotel. It was the best thst i stayed at israel during my holiday. The room seems very clean and the king bed really very nice. The breakfast also very good which was full enough to start the fresh morning. The only to complain that our room just located at the nearby the reception which was noisy if there was guests to chat with others. Overall it was good if you have a car with free parking.
We stayed at La Cappella with friends who made the booking for us so I didn’t get to do my usual Trip Advisor research-unfortunately!!!The rooms at La Cappella are really good with one of the best showers I’ve ever used. Really quiet and spacious with good air conditioning. The location is what lets it down-it’s a 20 minute cab ride to get anywhere which significantly increase the cost of the stay! The hotel’s web site promised a shuttle bus to the beach but when this was pointed out to the receptionist she knew nothing about it and then said this was wrong! Obviously no-one proof read the details! Our room had no hairdryer-she said this had been “stolen” by previous guests-why then had it not been replaced? Our friends could not use their safe-same excuse-blamed the previous guests for locking it! One of the best things about the hotel is the little coffee shop where you go for breakfast in the small shopping centre-My Coffee had fabulous staff and food and was the highlight of our stay at La Cappella-stay in the German Colony or somewhere with a pool would be my recommendation!
Beautiful & modern, provides all sorts of amenities for a business trip. Big clean nice room, excellent wifi reception everywhere, lobby room for meetings, good breakfast, lots of parking space and its located very close (1min by foot) to a couple of nice restaurants.
Stayed during business trip. So far best hotel I have stayed at in Haifa. It is inside a strange shopping center. Good thing is there are two good restaurants in the same center; Raffaello (Italian) and Minna Tomei (Asian). There is also a grocery on the first floor.
We stayed in a standard room for 2 nights. The room was modern, clean, well-designed, very quiet, with LOTS of cabinet space, a safe that could contain a laptop and more, complimentary water, a coffee machine, plus free, fast, and easy wifi. The staff was very helpful, helping us with all sorts of things. Breakfast was at a café in the attached mall, and it was decent. The mall is quite modest in size, but it includes a big supermarket. There is a much larger mall within walking distance (5 minute walk). If you are arriving by car, let Waze guide you all the way to the entrance of the hotel. Otherwise, you might have to search a little bit. If you have a car, this is the perfect hotel in Haifa. It has free and ample parking, and it is situated not far from the major highways leading you either in or out of town.
Totally awesome. From the time I checked in the receptionist were friendly and professional. They were also very knowledgeable of the restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great. Quiet area. Great view from the sky room / roof top. Rooms are very clean. Mall located in mall with private security entrance to hotel.
La Capella is a very nice hotel with good size rooms and bathroom and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that the hotel is not near the city centre, but can easily be reached by car. The hotel is actually located on the top floor of a shopping mall, which was convenient for a quick shop and it had 2 restaurants only 100 meters from its location. We only stayed 1 night, but it was pleasant and restful.
Stayed 2 nights during my business trip to Israel. LA Cappella is a perfect business hotel - pleasant and quiet atmosphere, good facilities, including excellent business lounge. Very good and efficient service. Recommended
