My wife and I stayed there for five days. The hotel is okay, but because options are limited in that area. But not comparable to global standards, no outlet in the bathroom, the hairdryer in in the room locked and attached inside a drawer that makes it very difficult to work with. The shower has only half a door and the other half is open. Hence every time you shower water splashes everywhere. Even though it is a non-smoking hotel, people smoke there and your room will stink anyway. We complained and staff said what do you want us to do? Smell moves to other rooms.

Staff was superb and went above and beyond for every request. Room was very dated but large, clean and efficient. Overhead Shower did not work and a superficial repair after our request did not fix the problem so had to use the handheld device.

Nice hotel, great location, excellent breakfast, good room for members of Don Panorama.

Clean, convenient location. Has all the amenities. Overall very good value

An extremely dated hotel (70s), but comfortable and well situated with nice views of the bay. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Adjoining room set-up was perfect for family of 4, and buffet breakfast was great. Our room rate included internet, but front desk emphatically refused, so had to go to lobby for wifi which was highly annoying.

hotel staff was none too helpful finding things in the city--BUT luckily its close to the metro and the bahai gardens.

I have traveled a bit in Israel This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at I was worried I was too far out But the hotel is in a great spot Note: 2 blocks south is restauarnt Giraffe Excellent!!!!!!!

Every aspect of our stay was great - we stayed 3 nights in February. Room was large and clean with a beautiful view and a comfy king size bed. Front desk staff was outstanding - very helpful; arranged day tours; dinner reservations; cab to Jerusalem. Location is very convenient - walking distance to sightseeing sites and many restaurants. Panorama Mall next store wasn't impressive except there's an internet store on the main floor with reasonably priced computer access open to 10pm.

This is an excellent hotel in Haifa, Israel. The room was clean, and the view of Haifa Bay was excellent. [...] The hotel had security and all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only negative was that our party wanted to stay longer, and rooms were not available for us to do so.

Great location near B'haia gardens, zoo and other sites. Friendly and helpful front desk service. Close to all major bus lines. Incredible breakfast buffet. Extra charge for internet access with POOR reception and limited to one laptop/device per charge. Look out for hotel recommended taxi services-they charge DOUBLE the rate over flagging one down yourself. Hotel clearly has a deal with cabs. Walk down the block and flag one yourself.

People in this hotel know how to provide service at its best. Food was great, room service was very efficient, clerks at reception were very attentive. It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in Israel. Would come again, and would recommend other people to stay there.
