Gunnison - Crested Butte Vacation Packages

Clean, comfortable, safe, close to lifts. Slightly dated but everything else made up for it.

Heard lots of bad things about the property, I did not experience any of the bad. The stay was about average, nothing stood out as " wow/amazing" stay. I would recommend, but I would probably stay elsewhere next time. The staff was friendly and not overbearing, although I did call a few weeks in advance of my trip and spoke to front desk employee, who told me each room coming with "free" parking, that's not at all true, parking is $30 a day.

Spacious, clean and fully equipped. The entry stairwell could use some TLC.

Pretty disappointed considering the cost to stay. Bed cover was stained, shower walls had hair on them and the toilet barely functional. One reason I chose the hotel was because it had a balcony, but it ended up being unusable. No furniture, and overlooked the roof where the fans ran 24 hours. It was so loud that we could not sleep or enjoy relaxing in the room with the door open, which was a real problem because there is no ac. Also, had to pay $30 a night for parking, but in the evenings, the garage, which is configured horribly, was full due to lack of spots. We drove around and around the two levels each night for 15-20 min and still had to end up parking in a spot not designated for parking. Restaurant was an overpriced disappointment. Crested Butte is beautiful, but I would definitely choose other accommodations next time.

Only one thing is not as expected, the room has only small window can be open, the room temperature is too high even the outside is only 50F, the inside can reach 79F even with the ceiling fan running. Except this , everything is good. The location is convenient for public transportation or self driving.
