One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

NOT LIKE ITS ALWAYS BEEN

We did not enjoy our stay. We have always stayed with Phoenix rooms but this one was NOT like the others. Everyone was confused and semi-nice but not really and we book our room on line and confirmed with a lady there, and after 2 hours later she told me our room had been took!! We feel as though we just got took for our money and nobody try to make it right and really did not care if we were there or not. Nothing was organized, not very clean, trash cans over flowing, in the laundry room -only 1 washer and dryer was working at the time. Several people there that did not speak English (workers) and they worked for Phoenix and we were very disappointed!! Rooms were not what they were supposed to be, Wi-Fi do not work correctly, plugs!! oh my - I'm surprised your place has not caught on fire!! the plug ins were loose and not usuable. We have ALWAYS -told everyone to use and stay at ANY Phoenix but not anymore. The all workers stood around and smoked and went to the beach and everyone there was hardly working on their cell phones when we were standing there to be waited on and did they care NO they did not care even if we were there or not. I really do not expect you all to do anything kind and appreciated for our stay but wanted you to know how it really was there. Melissa Belton

Great experience!!

Great place to stay, easy access to the beach. The only suggestion I have is that the cleaning staff needs a separate elevator. They tie up the elevators!
