I regret to say I was not at all pleased nor impressed with the conditions of the property. First, the property was extremely dirty when we arrived. We found that the fridge did not function properly, the dishwasher did not work at all, the living room TV was missing the remote control, thus preventing us from being able to use it at all, and the air conditioner barely seemed to work. On top of that, the bed in the master bedroom was broken, and the mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. The bedding smelled terrible, and there were no additional blankets of any sort. As a result of this, we had to go out and buy new blankets for all of us to use. I would highly recommend fixing all of these issues and updating the furniture and bedding that are used in the house. While this property was not the most expensive, it was still quite a bit of money for our stay, and I expected more from our experience there. Needless to say, I do not recommend anyone stay at this location if other options are available.

Close to the beach! Nice view from the balcony. Outdoor steps and wood on the deck need some attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and daily walls to the beach!

Perfect weekend

Our trip was wonderful and the house was perfect for what we needed. It was plenty of space and still very close to the beach. Will definitely book this property again on our next trip to Gulf Shores!

Outside Property

The inside of the apartment was clean for the most part. Upon driving up to the property I had an uneasy feeling because the outside looked unkept. The grass wasn’t trimmed and the grill and picnic area were also unkept.

Condo has a nice view of the ocean directly across the road from the living room and upstairs bedroom with sliding glass doors. Our thermostat messed up and was quicky replaced by a AC repair company as soon as I called Hosteeva to let them know is was not working. Overall, its a good place to stay and just a short walk to the beach.
