🥰 Summer 2026 Going Fast! 😎 Pearl, West. Huge, beautiful! Heatable Pool. Elevator. Upgrades!

The Pearl, West Unit
1037 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, Alabama

10BR 9.5BA. Big, beautiful, duplex vacation home. Pool. Elevator. Lots of everything! Accommodates 28, 56 in both sides!

The Pearl is a really awesome beachfront duplex vacation home in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Is the Pearl on West Beach a big vacation home!? You know it! Is it fabulous? You bet! Should it be your next favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores? Absolutely! (If you act soon enough to get it... it goes away quickly every year!).

This listing is for the West side unit of Pearl. One side perfect for your group? Then this West side of Pearl (10BR) may be just what you need!

Or, check out Pearl's East side unit (10BR) — same great layout, same bedding, sleeps the same number, and same great amenities, so if one isn't available, grab the other--you can't go wrong! Or.... Go BIG and snag Pearl's East & West sides together in one listing. That's 20 BR, with hotel-style secure connecting door!

How big? 10 Bedrooms big. Sleeps 28 EACH SIDE!

That's big! In 8 kings and 4 sets of full-single combo bunk beds (a full bed underneath a single!). King beds. Big! And none of that sleeper sofa stuff to make it 28. Its 28 in beds, not pullouts. And, no, there are no sleeper sofas anywhere at The Pearl. Need to sleep more than 28? Take both sides of this huge duplex, and 56 people can stay comfortably, and in style! Or check into our other really big vacation houses, because we surely have the perfect size for you!

Main Floor Bedroom: King with private en suite bath
3rd Floor N Bedroom: King with private en suite bath
3rd Floor N Middle Bedroom: Two Twin over Full Bunks with bath off hall
3rd Floor S Middle Bedroom: King with private en suite bath
3rd Floor S Bedroom: King with private en suite bath
4th Floor N Bedroom: King with private en suite bath

4th Floor Middle Bedroom: King w/ bath accessible from hallway (shared with N Middle Bunks)
4th Floor S Middle Bedroom: King with private en suite bath
4th Floor S Bedroom: King with private en suite bath

Phew!

Huge living room...big! A bonus living room/lounge area on the third floor, with its own wet bar.

Huge pool for the sole use of the duplex. Big. Great place to lounge, or head under the home for a break from the heat, or on one of the many decks! All.. BIG!

TWO of the essentials on EACH side! BIG.

NOT ONE BUT TWO REFRIGERATORS
And, not one but two dishwashers too! Because when you are big: eat, drink, wash, repeat! It's better with two! Need ice? It's got icemakers, and not just on the two fridges! Clothes, swimsuits, towels? Of course it has a really big washer and dryer! In fact, one set per floor! Seriously.

ACCESSIBILITY CONCERNS? WE'VE GOT ELEVATORS!

Huffing it up three floors can be hard. Why not an elevator?! Yes, the Pearl on West Beach has one of those too! And bathroom tweaks too. The bath on the main level has a floor roll in capable shower, just in case!

POOL
Does The Gulf Shores Pearl on West Beach have a pool?

Of course! And its really big. In the vicinity of 14'x35′ big. Wow! Deck? Yup, covered and uncovered. We literally have you covered, when it comes to a deck! And its private to the two sides of our duplex, not shared with anyone else in the area!

BEACHFRONT? ABSOLUTELY!
The Pearl on West Beach, is RIGHT on the beach. Nothing but sand between you, your guests, and the water (well, sand, and the pool!). Parking is no problem either. 3 cars fit under the house on each side.

Family Beach Trip

This house was amazing! It has all the amenities you could ask for and plenty of them even for a large family group. It’s a very convenient location with great easy access to the beach. My only comment would be that the carpets could have been cleaner and the bedding nicer. But for all the good at this place I almost hate to even mention those two things. We would stay here again for sure!

Great property and location. Having your own pool for a large group is a must. The house was ready on time and clean. The beachfront was rebuilt from last year’s stay and was great. Microwave issue, but was replaced within an hour of the call. We love staying at the Pearl! The owners and management company are true professionals.
