Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 70” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" SMART TV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Family Easter Trip

We loved everything about our stay! The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated! We had 5 adults and a 23 month old so the splash pad was perfect! The view is spectacular and it was easy to rent beach chairs for our stay! Great location and highly recommend eating at Zeke’s, Coastal and the old faithful Louisiana Lagniappe. Added bonus there is a doughnut shop and Alabama Sweet cone right across the street!

Perfect family vacation spot

We left everything about staying here. The only thing that needs a bit of attention is the stove top. Every time we tried to cook anything the smoke alarms would go off in the entire place to get super smoky just basic things. Other than that, though we loved every minute! Adorable place!

The condo was great but a little unclean. The toilets had black mildew streaks and the floor in the kitchen was not swept upon arrival. The property does not have a designated unloading zone so arriving and leaving is chaotic. Long waits for the elevators. the condo itself was very nice.

Everything was nice. We enjoyed our stay. My husband and son were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order the entire week. And we were visited by the cleaning team at 8:30 to see if we were leaving early when check out is at 10:00. Other than that we loved it!
